UNDER TOAST THE BREAD. I wouldn’t even have known it was supposed to be toasted at all had I not had it before. Other then it being warm. I would have no reason to think it had been at all. And after getting it like this 3 or 4 times from this location and having had such good experiences with the lake city location I had to give the low review because it really ruins the experience and isn’t the same sandwich

This place is so good that, although I could've picked any fancy pants restaurant, it's where I wanted to get my mother's day dinner. However, we didn't realize they closed at 5pm. My husband scooted in just before that time and was allowed to place our order. He felt terrible, but said that the staff was really nice about it. I definitely recommend this place. The food is awesome and the staff are top notch. Thank you for making my day!

Good food, but overall a horrible dining experience.The employees are unwelcoming, uncaring, and rude. I’ve been to this location multiple times and the kids in the back were swearing loudly. Last December, they had a no dining in policy, but it was not expressed anywhere. After my girlfriend and I had sat down to eat, some arrogant teenager came over and aggressively told us to leave the store. We had almost finished eating. After calling to complain, the manager on duty didn’t seem to care. He said “the kids here are respectful. They wouldn’t do that.” It wasn’t my goal to get people in trouble, but I wanted them to know that it made us feel unwelcome.Two sandwiches with no sides or drink shouldn’t run you over $30. They’ll shamelessly run you $1.50 for a tiny cup of ranch. Their antiquated card machine wasn’t working, so they told me that it’s not their problem and didn’t give us our side sauces. I understand the need to try to make it in this area as a small business, but this shop is just plain greedy.They also require masks for entry even after the lifting of the mandate, but don’t provide them.Tubbs has shown repeated disdain towards myself and company while eating there. They won’t see another dime of my money.

Pretty damn good sandwich (I got the grinder) and the garlic mayo was awesome! Good bread too! I’ll definitely try to get back there to taste some of the other sandwiches, they have a lot of variety.

Sometimes the subs are fantastic, other times they are just OK.But all the time they're overpriced.... after tax an %15 tip you're spending $20 on a sub...Absolute insanity in my opinion for a good/mediocre sub.Went to "Michou" today in pike place and they're charging $9 for a full size gourmet sandwhich

Great sandwiches. Worth a few extra dollars because you get a unique sandwich, and it is well made. I was starving and a large sub for $15 filled me up with no room to spare. They aren’t skimpy, neither are they too full. Just right.

This is the first time I ever ordered from them. I potato salad was soooo good. The potato's were nice and soft, not hard like you get from other restaurants. We all 3 got the French Dip and loved it! Even my teen son who is uber-picky. Will definitely be ordering again!

Great food! Horrible customer service!!! I placed an ordered online for delivery and hour and half later it still showed on the tracking that the order was being prepared. I called them to ask how long it might be and was told they don't know and food had been ready for for an hour. The gentleman I talked to over the phone was very polite and told me that they go through 3rd party for delivery which is Doordash and the driver hasn't come yet. I asked him if I can just come pick it up as our whole office been waiting for lunch for hour and half now and he said yes. I go there to pick it up and as one of the male employee is handing me the food, another female employee comes and snatches the bag out of my hand...like what??!! Who does that? She tells me I can't pick it up cause it's Doordash's order? I paid for the order so it's my order and also I just called 10mins ago to ask if I can pick it up and she tells me "well you didn't talk to me", how am I suppose to know I needed to talk to her? She's not even the manager. I continue to explain to her that I ordered on your website for delivery, now who you choose for your delivery is not my choice. I didn't order through my Doordash account so there is no way for me to cancel it.She takes that order back and calls someone and in the mean time the male employee apologies for the way she was acting and tells me they do have the option to cancel the order, so I told them to cancel it and charge me right here right now. At the end she comes back and still tells me this is not how it works and asks me if I proof that it's my order, I showed her the email on my phone. She finally gives me the order but still continues to be rude. I asked her if I can get her managers contact information kindly, she yells at me "it's on the website, you can get it from there", I checked the website and besides the store phone number there is no contact information for the manager or the owner. I've never had this kind of customer service in my life, this female employee was super rude and very unprofessional. My whole office orders food from there at least once a week, we will not being doing that anymore! I just hope the owners of this business knows what kind of customer service is being offered.

Great flavors and choices. Definitely give a couple of different subs a try. Large is easily two meals for a normal appetite.
