I used to love this place. The house salad was amazing. It was large with lots of veggies and this peppercorn ranch. Came with two of these amazing rolls. They were quick in the bar area where we like to eat since the main area is pretty loud (but great for kids). Now, we paid $11 for romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, and generic tubs of ranch. We came in about 415 and there were already 4 tables. ONE waitress who was also bussing tables, bartending, and being hostess. She did the best she could but it's not surprising things went bad. We got the wrong pizza and it took 45 minutes to get it. Everyone showed up at 5. Management/ownership, get your act together. The beer is still good.

My husband and I went on Sat. We were seated fairly quickly. We waited for over 20 minutes for our server to greet us. She apologized and said she did not realize she was serving our table. Took our drink order as well as our pizza order. Added she would bring us water right away. She was gone for over 15 minutes and finally came by with a beer and monitor. We asked about water. She apologized again saying she was having am off day. Service was slow. She brought our pizzas out and they were not hot. I think they had been sitting for a while. Very disappointed. We were there for over an hour and half. Despite good drinks and pizza, the dinner was ruined by the server who seemed uninterested and oblivious to her job. Unfortunately we did not catch her name.

Saturday late lunch. Not busy at all. Food was great, loved the Rock theme as a first-time-visitor. We ordered a bucket-list drink - very tasty but it's not heavily loaded. Order something else if you want a buzz, but if you want a nice drink to go with dinner and appetizers, fear not.I would visit again.

Waited 40 minutes with no update on our food (which was just a burger and mac and cheese), we didn’t even order drinks. Finally after seeing our waiter helping other tables and talking to others, my boyfriend walked up to her to ask about an update on our food. She told him it hasn’t been that long since we ordered but she would check. When she came back she told us that half of our order was done but the other half would take around 5 more minutes and agreed with how long it took, yet made an excuse of one big table saying that’s why our order was taking longer than expected. An update would be nice to keep from customers getting frustrated with how long food should take, not only that but the table she was referring to was leaving.

Service was terrible in addition to the restaurant and restroom were barely clean. We ordered two pizzas and only one came out until we followed up with the hostess on where the second pizza was at as our waitress did not come back (we waited about ten minutes before asking). We also ordered two more drinks and it seemed the server forgot as well as they verbally remembered when they came back at one point. We also asked for napkins and never got any. In regards to cleanliness out table look like someone shredded a few napkins under our table and the bathroom had no soap or paper towels. Would highly avoid this location at all costs.

Came in Friday night at 11pm, stood in the lobby area for a good couple min because the sign says wait to be seated I waited and no one came I grabbed a menu and sat down the waitress came over to me to inform me they do last call an hour before close and because it was 11:05 I couldn’t order. I just wanted a drink and a Togo pizza would have been gone before the majority of the people in the restaurant. Poor customer service. Mine as well just say you close at 11 not 12. There was also a family with a child waiting in the lobby when I walked out I informed them or else they would have been standing there for a while. I have heard of 30 min before close or 15 but an hour? I’m confused.

The aesthetics of this place is groovy. The bricks in the wall add rustic vibes. The pizza was thin and crunchy and tasted very authentic. Happy they cook their pizza inside a brick oven. Taste so delicious! The lemonade was killer as well! The rock and roll atmosphere was an awesome vibe for lunch or dinner dates. Take your wife or husband; boyfriend: girlfriend here sing some rock n’ roll to them and feed them pizza! ?

We ordered pizza and 2 salads from local hotel for delivery-no dressing for one salad-rotten mushrooms on other salad-meager pizza for $23!And no napkins, eating utensils, seasonings, etc! And when I called to complain the person basically said it was my fault because a state law says we have to request. We Are Not from Washington so how would weknow?!Major disappointment

Delicious as always! We love the rock for pizzas and calzones!

Took my daughter and our family here for her 10th birthday. The waitress was amazing! I wish I could remember her name, she deserves a honorable mention. The food was great! We started with the nacho app. Probably the best I've had! I had the " don't fear the reaper" bucket... It's gets a little fuzzy after that??. I had a very good burger, it's name slips my mind but it's number 2 in the burger menu. It was delicious. I asked for medium rare, and they nailed it!! I will always return here for a good time, I hope you do too!
