Went here for Father's Day, so we knew it might be busy. Giving them 4 stars because they told us it would be a 20 minute wait, and it turned out to be an hour. When we finally got a table our server was lovely and very attentive even though she was super busy! All 4 of us enjoyed our food. My daughter was thrilled to get to keep the glass from here Italian Soda!
We had reservations for 5:15. We finally got food at 6:45.Pasta lacked sauce and was dry. My sister was served frozen salad mix. Water wasn't refilled. It was incredibly loud and overcrowded due to so many high school graduations. It was our first and last visit to this location. Food, service, atmosphere wasn't worth the $300 we spent here. The only positive was the bread was good and warm. There just wasn't enough of it once it was served - 50 minutes after we got there!
Not bad, we went a little later in the dinner service. So wait staff was a touch stretched. By all means did not feel not taken care of.We were quite happy that we got to dine in the trolley car for the first time. Yeah, we are kids at heart, but it was cool.Plenty of food, with a generous amount of left overs for lunch the next day.
Been twice in the last couple of months and had a pleasant experience each time.Decor is typical (cute) for an Old Spaghetti Factory. Lots of seating, although not enough servers - there was a 20-30 minute wait both times but plenty of available tables. That said, the guy at the bar was friendly and knowledgeable while we waited.Despite other reviews I see here, our food was prompt, warm, and tasted fine. A bit light on spices/flavor, but acceptable. And while the meal costs a bit more than average for the area, you also get a sizable salad (or small soup) first and an ice cream or spumoni at the end, plus the complimentary bread. (Cheesy bread with marinara is also good).Comfortable waiting area, clean bathrooms, large parking lot, nice servers.
Every restaurant in the whole world should have a Mandy. We sat for over 10 minutes. Our server had a 7 top to start and with 4 kids. They outnumbered the grownups guys. Anyways … we’re trying to get to a movie so my husband ended up flagging down Mandy (manager) and she fixed everything! She took our order and got it all done. We really appreciate her expediting everything. Meanwhile .. our server got another 6 top. He did check on us and got our spumoni order in when he could. I get it. Large parties with kids … Gotta feed the kids. Anyways … Thanks Mandy for saving our date night!!
This location is suffering staffing shortages as many others are experiencing. We knew this going in, so were prepared for it. Besides the slow service, the server seemed clueless about the menu. He had to go away and ask other employees. One person in out party asked for extra cream and after 25 minutes he brought One. When he was asked for more, he said "we can't find it". Same for parm cheese. I asked if any of the Italian cream sodas were available in sugar free. He said he didn't know but I should look up the menu on my phone to find out? The appetizer arrived after the main dishes came to the table. All in all, It was an unpleasant experience.
When our college aged grandson arrived in the afternoon, he said he skipped lunch and was hungry so my wife asked him where he'd like to go for an early dinner. He said the Spaghetti Factory in Lynnwood. We arrived just after 5PM, before the crowds arrived, waited about ten minutes before being seated. Our waitress was a delightful, friendly young lady who took our order and came back with drinks. Our dinner order arrived in reasonable time, with a smile. My grandson and I ordered past with Mizithra cheese ($17.49) selection which was delightful. My wife ordered their Spinach & Cheese ravioli ($17.75) which she said was excellent. Our waitress returned a number of times to ask if we had everything we needed and enjoyed our meals. The dinner was relaxed and conversation uninterrupted. Another great meal. Thank you Spaghetti Factory
Consistent and affordable. Great place for a family dinner or a first date. Plenty of parking. Only thing that is weird is the restrooms are small for the size of the restaurant-but that's no big deal.
Worst experience ever! My husband and I waited 10-15 minutes at our table until we decided to just walk out. Not one person acknowledged us, but the servers were definitely around. This is extremely disappointing. We used to be in the restaurant business as well, so we are very understanding when eating out, but this experience was completely unacceptable.
We were a little crammed at our table for two, but the chairs were comfortable. The venue was extremely busy with lots of families eating. Our waitress was attentive and accommodating, but I didn't feel the passion that I feel from other service people. The hot bread had a tough other shell but was hot and soft on the inside, and the butter had a nice and light garlic touch to it. We got the cheesy bread appetizer, which is so worth it for the price. It can easily feed four people, and the bread is soft and spongey. My wife got the blackberry long Island ice tea which she really enjoyed and my Shirley temple was above average. The minestrone soup had many different flavors which clashed at times, depending on what was on the spoon for any given bite. Also would have loved if they had ditalini in there or some other small pasta. The broth was strong, almost like a beefy flavor. In my opinion, too many beans but that may have just been for my personal serving. The entrees were good but not great for the price. My chicken Alfredo had small, cubed, pieces of chicken that were rather dry. I wish they served it either whole, or in slices and not tiny cubes. The Alfredo sauce was good but there wasn't too much of it. But the pasta was cooked perfectly. My wife got the classic spaghetti with mizethra and brown butter. Once again, pasta cooked perfectly and the taste was impressive for such a simple dish. For dessert I got spumoni and it was the first time I've had it ever. It was creamy, soft, and light. Had a touch of chocolate taste with sherbet.. So delicious! If you like Italian food you have to give this place a try for sure.
