I’m 28 weeks pregnant and we ate here yesterday afternoon. Our service was excellent, I ordered the salmon encrusted salad and it was taking a little longer then expected, the manager stopped by our table twice to let us know we were his priority and apologized for the wait, the still proceeded to take it off our bill entirely. We were not upset at all and really appreciated the excellent customer service we experienced. We will definitely make this a regular date night stop!

The food & drinks were below average and can be much better but the service was great. We asked for extra sourdough bread while the food was getting ready and the manager was very kind enough to bake an extra loaf specially for us as it was almost closing time for the restaurant.

Overall, this place is good. The service and food are also nice in my opinion. I would recommend having a reservation before come in, I have to wait for about half an hour then get seated at outside table without heat. But the servants change the seat for me after I asked so I highly rate the service here.

I will prefix this by saying I avoid Cheesecake Factory, unless my father requests it because he loves their calamari. I’ll give them that, they make a good one for what a chain restaurant can do. Also add that there aren’t many places near by that make it around Seattle but I digress. We got there at noon, ordered a burger for my mom and my dad and I requested calamari. Waitress checks a “cheat sheet” and says yeah they still should have some. We looked puzzled. 15 mins later, we were told to pick something else (we didn’t get the menu back) because they ran out. Let me get this straight…you run out of one of your known-for dishes, at the beginning of lunch service? Wow! I reluctantly ordered the fish and chips and my father a pasta dish of some sort. 30 mins later (my mom hadn’t gotten her food and had a slight buzz from the G&T) we get the food. She’s happy but I can’t say my father and I were. I requested the manager, to show her the inedible pasta dish swimming in fat, who said she was sorry and would remove it. Offered little conciliation and I just wanted to pay and get the hell out of there. My parents are still scarred by the negative experience. Likely won’t ever be back.

Really busy location. Hard to get a table. Long wait times. Ordered drinks and birthday cheese cake , sooo delicious. Food had delicious flavors.

Kevin was our server and was new. We felt he did a great job considering he was new. He made sure my peanut allergic daughter food was safe for her to eat . The other staff also offer to help Kevin because he was new. Great team work .

Service isn't what is use at least at Alderwood Mall location. Serving size is also much smaller than previous visits. I know times are tough with inflation, but paying more for less? In the future, my wife and I will head to Seattle Cheese Cake Factory in the future.

The reservation was a cinch, seated promptly, nice and friendly staff but the food was overpriced for what they served. The cheesecake is worth the price but you'll want to share a slice - too many calories for one person. I don't think we will go back.

The hostess the server the waitstaff bartender for all grades the peach Bellini was the bomb do not order the Cuban if you want sliced pork full of fat they were actually nice enough to substitute it for another thing and everything flatbread pizza is wonderful I would recommend coming here but don't get the Cuban unless you want to buy them to fatty

The dish I had ordered was a lot more than I expected. I enjoyed the dish that I got. Both of our dishes came at the same time as well.
