I very much enjoy teriyaki (especially spicy teriyaki) and despite Seattle being a big birthplace for it on the west coast it is rather hard to find good teriyaki.Teriyaki Wok Express is the best place I have found north of Seattle that isn't the Toshi's. I normally get the spicy teriyaki with gyoza. The gyoza is nice a crispy like I prefer and the teriyaki is flavorful with just enough heat to push past PNW White person spicy. I actually really like the addition of onion with it as well.Everything is made fresh and it has definitely become one of my go to places for take out.
I got the spicy chicken teriyaki. Not only were the portions large but the food was good. The lady who checked us out was kind as well. New to the area and I definitely will be coming back here in the future ?
The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. The food was really good. The only thing I would change is the plateing. They have started serving dine in food in to go boxes. Nobody wants to go to a restaurant for a sit down dine in meal and eat out of a Styrofoam box. I would like them to bring back serving on real plates with real silver wear plastic forks suck and are bad for the environment.

The smell of grilling chicken in the parking lot lured me in. The restaurant was clean and tables spaced far apart. A large menu selection with both Japanese and Chinese choices. I ordered the chicken breast teriyaki combo with sauce on the side. Large portion of chicken and rice. The salad dressing was a poppy seed type, much better than what some other teriyaki restaurants serve. I enjoyed my meal, and will return again when in the area.
$16 for this…i love this place but its supper expensive for little amount of food and lately been getting raw chicken…no more

By far one of the best Japanese restaurants in the greater Seattle area! I especially love the teriyaki chicken!
We didn't go in with high expectations but, unfortunately, the food was cold and bland. Although reasonably clean, our table was not wiped down appropriately and what ever cleaning agent they are using leaves a sticky residue. The table, floors and even the bathroom door were all sticky.
