You'll see other reviews saying this store requires mobile orders to pick up through the counter. Except for the times when they're lobby is also closed. I had to cancel my order because I was walking home from work and getting taco bell ok the way back, but without any car I had no way to actually get my food.
How do you mess up an order so bad that it's not edible. This is the only Tacobell that can! Plus the phone number leads to a fax machine
Everytime I go there it’s closed even in the middle of the day. I’m going there right now to get some tacos and see if it’s open (it’s 8pm) update laterUpdate: it was actually open that day
I think they're short on workers, as for people who order through mobile order. Make sure to check before you order online. You may or may not be abled to get your food. 50/50 chance at this point. I'm surprised they're still running.
Love, love this Taco Bell - when it's open. For some reason they seem to sporadically close, but when they're open it's definitely my favorite fast food place.
Never have I been treated with such disrespect at a restaurant! I show up with a mobile order and they tell me it’s not there, i politely discuss and show proof of address and payment and the manager continued to argue with me that I did something wrong!! I rarely make posts unless I get such bad service or such great service. In this case, one of the worst!! I asked for a number to call to get my money back and she told me there wasn’t a number to call. I said you have no home office location? She responded no. I said, say no one can call if they need assistance outside your restaurant? She then tells me the phone number is 1-800 Taco Bell and then walks away from the window!! Not once in our discussion did she offer to help me!! And then told me again it was my fault and I was at the wrong location. Outrageous and disappointed in this Taco Bell location! I love there food and usually the service. I will be contacting the home office location about this and getting my money back.
Avoid going to this place late night unless you don’t mind waiting.The lobby is closed and the drive-thru line is long. It took me approximately 30 minutes to get my food.However the staff was very polite and apologetic.
Quick food for a reasonable price. Not much else to ask for from a taco bell. Food tasted good too so that's a plus
Went through the drive thru and Gaby, who was handling drive thru at the time, was amazing! Very patient with my large order, very hard-working, lovely lady! She made sure I had what I needed, and went the extra mile! We were chatting about how her store really needs people! They are hiring!! If you want to make money, you'd probably get overtime here for awhile because they need people so badly. Go apply!:)
I have eaten at a lot of Taco Bell locations throughout the years and this is the only one that has never once messed up my order.
