It's made fresh and is delicious. Haven't tried any beef options but all other menu item combinations are good. Taco bell has raised it's prices but it's still most affordable fast food out there. Lines outside tell you that. Nobody admits they like taco bell but you see their car out in drive through getting taco bell. Well I just admitted openly I love taco bell . But I do have to add that you have to double emphasize your vegetarian order to get them right . At first they didn't have careful employees making food & they kept adding beef in my burrito. Now I think they try to make a better effort at it.
order 9-10pm... in drive thru. Order total $40.49 - for...Crunchwrap Supreme (no tomato) meal w/ a soft taco (no lettuce).. a chicken quesadilla meal w/soft taco (no lettuce) 4 additional soft tacos (no lettuce) & 4 cheesy rollups. Once getting order & driving away, we pulled over to check to the order.. however only 3 soft tacos (should have been a total of 6 tacos)made it... drove back from location & go thru drive through again.. let them know I had just ordered, but I was missing 3 of 6 soft tacos w/no lettuce.... There was a pause then I was asked to pull forward to the window. Once there...same guy who had given me the orignal order proceeded to say that I had only been charged for 5 of the soft tacos... I questioned him 2 should have been included with the meals I had ordered? & that I had ordered an additional 4, but I only had in bag a total of 3. He then again told me I had only been charged for 5? I was NOT given a copy of my receipt. so I had nothing to go off of. I said okay, thankyou, as he handed me a bag of my missing soft tacos to me ....which were 2 WITH lettuce.... i was still missing 1 additinal soft taco..horrible customer service, i fully understand that accidents happen but not a single ounce of ownership for messing up the customers order was addressed... we won't be back & have reported this to corporate...this is not the first negative experience we've had at this location.
Was not a good experience to say the least. I'm not one to bit ch but dam n.I pulled in around 4:00 pm. I was 12 back in line and about the time I was going to say abort mission and find some other place to eat the line moved. Now that I took the bait and committed myself to the one way out drive through, funny thing happened; that thing that happened was a line that didn't move for 18 minutes. Well 48 minutes later I made it to the window and was so unnerved that as the young women that was taking orders and money had became totally mute in my mind and while I'm thinking of how to fraise the tasteful oppinion that was on the the edge of harassment I didn't realize they forgot 2/3 of my order. Well I drove 25 miles home I'm just to find out I paid for a meal that I didn't get.
Went on the 24th of April. Here are a cpl of pics to give an idea of how the food I received was. Tried calling the store over two days for a refund. No answer. Tried going back in, no manager. Spent the last cpl of weeks dealing with corporate. Nothing but a runaround. Heck they made me download the app to give me a refund that never showed. Twice. Bought food for a cpl of people and I feel ripped off and taken advantage of.
This taco bell is on the way to work so I only have gone a few times. Every single time I have ordered here my order has been wrong. Don't know if they can understand common sense or not. Pretty sad. 3 times messing up orders over a span of 2 months. You know they're messing up a lot more.
The lobby shouldn't be closed for drivers we don't make money from waiting the food is already ready waiting in line behind 10 cars doesn't make any sense when food is getting cold. Just think about it, you should write uber doordash drivers can come on the side not line and just grab the order so we don't have to wait for cold fast food for customers that don't tip on fast food orders. Just think how much it would help drivers.
Ordered on Doordash 3/26 ....ordered 4 taco Supreme, no tomatoes, no sour cream also bean burritos had no cheese on it! Simple order and they screwed it up
My last time ordering there. was rude long haired blonde girl that when I entered the front door the blonde asked me what I wanted .I said food she looked me up and down and asked me if I owned a car.i said yes then she told me,go get into your car and get in line .I complained to corporate office and they tried offer me coupons for free food I said no!!!! They told me they don't tolerate this behavior from their employees and promised to be in contact with me,never heard from them,so I tried to call them back .they never answered.i think taco bell is garbage now .their not for the customers they don't take pride in making a CUSTOMER'S FOOD.O.S.H.A. AND THE HEALTH DEPT SHOULD CONTACTED!!!!
They don't like providing receipts, when you place an order. Please check your order before driving away. God bless
This location may normally be good but today they had ran out of several ingredients including chicken, lettuce and Baja Blast soda. They might as well be closed until they can stock up.
