I can understand having business hours, but locking up before actual closing time isn't cool. I work a lot of hours myself, and drove like a mad man to get there before closing. Got there 5 min before closing and the door was locked and they're counting the till. The girls working inside literally laughed when I tried the door. I won't be back.
Bad service,wouldn't honor coupon because 4 days expired.
Bad experience. The person didn’t complete my order prior to my arrival which I ordered online. I have to wait for extra 20min for her to complete my order, and the attitudes of service was BAD!! If you don’t like you job just don’t do it, providing good customer service should be your first priority.
Not sure if manager is even aware but there is an employee who doesn’t wear a mask here. I understand, there’s always going to be people not wanting to wear them but I do think it’s important for people working closely with our food to be taking the proper precautions. Not to mention this could be an issue with the health department considering masks are required for everyone in snohomish county. Won’t be returning here.
Worst place ever! They were not patient and rude. We asked for 4 sandwiches but they even seemed annoyed that we asked for 4 different ones. I usually come here for a quick bite to ear but this time it was terrible all the girls were rude. They even labeled all our sandwiches wrong and I asked for a Italian herbs and they gave me a plain one! I didn’t even have the energy to tell them that they were wrong cuz they were just rude. I went to the lynnwood subway location at 7:30pm today. One of employees did not wear a mask and no uniform. He was wearing hoodie. Constantly joking around and kicking other. Employee not pay attention. I insist him to wear mask. He say they ran out of mask but it is safety
The employees were very nice and made a super good sub!
This location is always understaffed on the weekends. There’s is only one person running the store and it takes 15-20 minutes to get a sandwich.
