Normally I would’ve been happy to give a good review, the food was good, however the food also gave me food poisoning. A friend of mine and myself have been coming here after the gym to get something to eat, and this was the only place we had been eating together. Next thing you know before our gym session yesterday we both came down with extreme nausea, my friend actually threw up ((around 12 am)). Afterwards we both tried to work through it but ended up going home. I have been stuck in bed for the last 14 hours since then and haven’t done anything but puke and other distasteful things. I am never coming back here again. Do not come here unless you’re okay with taking the risk.
I made an online order and the app malfunctioned because I think it thought I was ordering for curbside and made it for 11am instead of the time I was trying to pickup. I tried calling first, no answer. So I showed up and tried to explain to him what had happened and he was so rude about it. There is no way for me to cancel it on the app so he kept saying he won’t get paid cuz the order will cancel when I don’t come at 11 and the money will go back on to my card. He wasn’t yelling but was very defensive and just pure rude when it wasn’t my fault that the app messed up and your system didn’t print it. Just make a note for staff in the morning if the order prints and mark it as picked up so you do get paid? This was the owner acting like this. So he made my sandwiches and then after throwing a fit asked if I could come in tomorrow and pay for them and was like “I’m putting it on you to come in and make this right.” Like no, I wasn’t rude, I didn’t demand anything. All I did was show him my receipt and what had happened. I was so flustered about how rude he was I didn’t even grab my drink and chips, I just walked out. It’s disappointing cuz this is the only one that’s open 24 hours but I will not be coming back after someone treats customers like that. I understand customer service well in my professions and I just could not imagine treating someone like that especially as the owner. Even though it wasn’t his fault either he could’ve been like oh no I’m so sorry that happened let’s figure this out together but instead was a total a**. I’m sorry, I will not be coming back in and paying to “make it right”

The wrap I ordered was good but one of the employees was wearing his mask improperly under his nose (making it kind of pointless). I get nervous enough about going out into public during the pandemic, this really shouldn't be happening in food service situations, much less anywhere else.
The guys behind the counter were great!! Friendly and efficient! Not crowded this time!
24 hours location. Don’t order delivery through Subway app. If you do, and they fail to deliver, call the doordash customer service.
Ordered online for delivery, didn't not receive drink or side when I ordered a meal. Delivery person was told the drink was included in the bag, but only the subs were inside.
Man in his 50's behind the counter with his (REQUIRED) mask under his chin not only didn't greet me when I walked in, but proceeded to COMPLETELY IGNORE ME and start working on an online order while I stood there. Totally rude and I will never go back. Way too many other options to put up with such HORRIBLE customer service!!
