Just left the drive thru at this particular location, my partner ordered a venti sized drink. Deanna was working the drive thru today. When we got to the window, she handed us a Grande sized, my partner asked if it could still be a venti and she was not happy about that. She looks at him with the nastiest reaction and shouts across her station in the store “HE WANTS A VENTI” with a tone that it was such an inconvenience. When she turned back around to us I said to her that he did say a Venti, she looks at me, no response. Just stays silent and hands us the new drink. No thanks or anything. Such an unprofessional employee, especially for being part of a work group that wants to show so much “solidarity”.

They make their baristas who test positive for covid come in to continue working.

Starbucks out of chocolate syrup?! And peppermint too? At 2:30pm?! I went to another one, and they were out too. Not happy that I couldn't get a peppermint mocha....one of their most popular drinks. They were also out of cranberry bliss bars. Talk about disappointing.
Made a perfect ordered coffee was fast and friendly. Kids and adults treated with respect. Free wifi and welcoming. Only thing I would change is parking or a drive thru. Still losts of customers even though hard to access.

Great coffee. Watch out for the coathanger on the back of the entrance door to the Men's bathroom. Clocked me a good, hard bruise on my elbow.
