I meant to place an order through the mobile app for this location, but accidentally selected the other location also on 164th. I showed up and they asked for the name on my order at the pickup window. After they realized my mistake, they confirmed my order on my mobile app and immediately made every singe item for me. I got $30 worth of coffee and food made in 5 minutes flat. Every worker was beyond kind and truly made my morning. They could have turned me away and told me to go to the other location, which was not possible for me since I work in the same complex as this one. I was extremely grateful. I always have a good experience here!
WORST starbucks ever. They filled my cup only Half and said if i want it filled i need to pay extra. I ordered the brown suger oatmilk and they flled it only half and was very rude when i told her i need it filled she said i have to pay extra. Am going ti another starbucks to show them this i didnt even drink theres.
Disappointed with the service. Cashier didn't ask if I'd like to use my app, so I missed stars on a coffee and a package of Via instants. Then the barista failed to alert me to my finished coffee. Sat there on the counter getting old and cold. A horde of employees more intent on chit chatting amongst themselves than caring for customers.Update: I added two stars. Starbucks corporate customer service saw this review and went out of their way to make good. I didn't have the receipt, but they found a way to add stars to my account. What I really hope is that they (gently) persuade the local outlet management staff to sharpen the in-store experience just a little.
Let me start by saying this is not the first time...Came in today the store looked dead, not busy at all, I go to the counter to order and the employees look at me, then look away and continue to chat amongst themselves, giggling and speaking quietly to each other... they tell me they'll be right with me and then continue to chat with each other!Finally they take my order and seem like they're hardly listening to what I'm saying, seem very unfriendly and when I get my drink it is made wrong...My drink being made wrong is no big deal, the customer service here seems to consistently be really poor, it doesn't even feel like I'm in a starbucks!!How is this happening every time I've come here, is there no manager or supervisor checking on the store???
This place has been going downhill. I work at the FredMeyers next door and this has always been a place after work to relax and wind down, not so much anymore. Either the employees don't want you to be there or they have been having some staffing trouble but, everytime I try to stay, they are always closing down the lobby early. Always have to pick up my drink and go to another place... employees don't seem like they want to work there anyways.
You can never go wrong with Starbucks. Workers are great! Food and drinks are great!
Was kind of bummed that they were closed at 6:30 at night. Crew said they were having construction come in this evening Wednesday December 29th to work on something. Kind of a bummer since there was no sign anywhere saying so.
I'm really disappointed in this store. The last few times Ive asked for lite ice and they full the small drink with more ice than drink.
