Me and my mother love Starbucks. Everyone does! But. BUT! Over the course of three months, the 196th & 40th SB in Lynnwood is out to get us. I do not understand how people can deliberately destroy a drink. It is beyond outrageous. I don't know what I said to OFFEND the baristas enough that they literally refuse to make a simple drink correctly. I really think if I told a 10-year old the directions to a Refresher, they would surpass those baristas in every way. FOR THE PAST THREE MONTHS, THE DRINK I LOVE HAS BEEN RETURNED EITHER WITH NO SWEETENER OR IT IS HORRENDOUSLY SEPERATED. When this issue first came up - my mom refused to ever go again. I would literally have to beg her. Then it wouldn't stop happening. And I had to convince my mother that they weren't doing it on purpose. But it has been THREE MONTHS?! Now, I AM CONVINCED that this Starbucks actually hates us - or is wholly INCOMPETENT. Do better... or QUIT?!

I have been avoiding this store like a plaque unless there's no other choice. Orders are not about "wrong", but they miss the last few words you say, like "and cream", or "VENTI" water. Always gives smaller water cups, regardless how often I tell them "VENTI, I'll pay extra". Just did a quick accounting on my Starbucks spending in 2021.... $2,139.24... and I can't get a venti water, even if I'm willing to pay for it. Really guys?? By the time I get the water, I'm either in a rush to get out or just disgusted enough not wanting to say something rude. First world problem, I know.
I really like this Starbucks. I sit here and do homework a few days a week, and they are all very nice, they make great coffee and I end up eating lunch or dinner here. I'm a big fan of the croissant breakfast sandwiches! Thanks for giving me a warm welcoming place to hang out!
Starbucks service just keeps getting worse... no gretting...chatting employees (seems like they hate eachother)...wrong orders...I understand mobile orders are great but call them out as they are....as for those of us in the store,acknowledge that the rest of our order will be up soon.

Great Starbucks! One evening I came by drive-thru. To picked up my self a pumpkin spice latte. Couldn't find my credit card anywhere... so I came by the window and this pleasent black brother gives, a white brother the latte saying, you got kids in the car just come by tomorrow and pay... I thank God for great people like that man(:

They do not fill the cup all the way if you do not order whipped cream.
Absolutely no issues. This was my first visit to this location, I'm not a regular, but they were all very friendly. They got my order wrong, but instantly made another with no fuss. Even offered to let me have both.
