The restaurant had many menu options, including lunch and senior specials. I ordered the senior lasagna, that came with a salad and bread. It was not your typical lasagna recipe, but I actually enjoyed it. Portions of food were large and I took some home. The restaurant is nicely decorated and clean, but could use a refresh on the old, worn tablecloths.
We tried out Sparta's tonight and it was really good! We've tried a number of these old school places around the area that turn out to be no good, but this one still has it. The pizza was very generous with toppings, and the cheese was browned, which you rarely see any more, but I LOVE! We were able to split a Caesar salad as well, which the server offered (we were just going to share it). I might not order the cheese bread again, but that's only because it took up precious room in my stomach that could be used for PIZZA! The place was hopping with families and couples of all ages and the service was friendly and quick. Definitely recommend if you're hungry for old school pizza.
Been going to Sparta's for years. Great Pizza and a cheap carafe of dago red. Best pizza in Washington state!
Exceptional as always. They're always able to accommodate my large families request even without notice so we can all sit together and the service and food are very good. This place has been a long time family favorite and gathering for when our family from out of town comes to visit. Well done Spartas. Sorry it won't be the end though. We'll be back.
My go-to pizza place! Delicious pizza and the crust is always just the right texture. Today I discovered their in-house dining is just as awesome as their takeout. Haven't tried their pasta yet but the ice cream and coffee were amazing as dessert. (Chicken salad was a little drowned in dressing I'm afraid, but that's all right, I was really just there for the pizza.) Service was top-notch and the dining area is so very nice. It's obvious they put a lot of care into details for the environment as well as the food.
Easy to give 5 stars because it's the best pizza EVER! I've been going here for 30 plus years and it's always been great. I always miss Carrie's smiling face though. ❤
Wow best pizza ever
I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza I got. The best Pizza I've had in Lynnwood so far. The young ladies at the host station were very friendly and helpful. I do love the chicken parmesan.
The main course itself was great. I disagree with some comments about the salad. It was fairly mediocre. The garlic bread made me feel like I was eating lightly seasoned white bread. Not that impressive. Overall, would still come back again because the baked spaghetti thing I got was quite delicious and very hearty.
Good food and portions. Esmeralda was very kind and attentive. Made the dining experience very pleasant. Thank you guys.
