We liked our Ramen. The seafood bowl was tasty and not too spicy. Most surprising was the amazing pork which they clearly took the time to marinate. The apple flavor is a wonderful compliment.
We enjoyed the spicy garlic Ramen and katsu combo. Rich flavor of Ramen broth. Katsu pork is tender and my kids loved it!! Hidden jem in the Korean market. Definitely will come back for more.
The Nagasaki seafood hits the spot- perfect soup base with chewy noodles and plenty of veggies and seafood. Delicious and quality food especially for a food court! Will be back for the katsu :)
We drove a long way to try out this place because of all the 5-star reviews. Yes, the katsu portions were a bit larger than at typical restaurants — but the sauce and taste weren’t anything special. The ramen was ok per my Husband and son. But our daughter, who loves katsu wasn’t impressed with the sauce. Neither was I — and I had the katsu combination of carbonara and the sensen katsu sauces.
Katsu was absolutely delicious! Ramen tasted average, a bit too salty.
Hidden in the back of an Asian food store lies Sen Sen Ramen and Katsu. Don't let the mall/booth food look fool you. This place is a hidden gem. I got the Tonkotsu Ramen. (They spelled it wrong). The broth and chashu in the ramen is amazing and the Katsu was very good. Well worth the visit.

The ramen is very tasty (not the absolute best I've had in Seattle, but really quite good and considering the price, outstanding). That said, I was most surprised by the katsu sauce. It's so creamy and umami, I am thinking about it weeks later. LOL After a workout at the climbing gym, my friend and I shared one ramen combo (with a side of katsu) plus one ramen. We both felt very well fed afterward and our wallets were satisfied too!
The spicy garlic with extra eggs was so good and the place is not that spacious but its worth it!!
Nice service good food! i had the katsu and the spicy seafood pho. the pho was really good! highly recommend.
