Don't know what happened to this place but it's an absolute joke. Tried calling in a order and was told to just come in as they were to busy to take orders over the phone. Came in after driving from 30 minutes away and am told that they are not taking anymore orders. That would have been great to know when I called and they said to come in. What a clown show.
We have ordered from Round Table for 35 years. It is always dependable and delicious, except for last night. We had company and placed an $80+ delivery (plus $15.00 cash tip!) The pizza was VERY bland. I always request extra sauce as I don't like dry pizza and it doesn't heat up well the next day. I think they must have run out of sauce entirely because it was dry and bland, very flavorless. Very disappointing, especially because it was a pizza party!!! I'll try again but will switch if I have to.
Pizza is usually cooked well but I suggest adding some seasoning. Slightly bland, however, great cheese quality. The cinnamon twist both times come out with uncooked dough.

Ordered pizza over an hour and a half before the game to ensure I'd have it in time. 40 minutes to make it supposedly. I went up, and have wait an additional HOUR so far for 1 pizza. 1. It should not take 2 hours + to get a single pizza. I have missed the first quarter of the game because of this. Not to mention the entire hour I'm waiting in here, I keep getting told " it's in the oven". Is it ashes now? The entire place is prioritizing doordash customers instead of those who chose to come pick their own food up. Absolutely absurd. Bad business and or management.
Pretty good food. They gave me a free cheese pizza that someone didn't pick up for an hour it was still better than any of the main three franchises pizzas tasted great
1st Pizza Tasted Great.Ordered 2 Medium Pizza and cheese bread. We got charged for a Large & some how they forgot our cheese bread, lots of cheese bread sauces they offered us were delivered though, oh and they charged us for those too...
I think they weren't paying attention to the grubhub tablet and rushed cooking the food. I ordered original crust and got pan. It was burnt on the exterior and uncooked in the middle. It's hard for me to write a negative review as this has been my go to pizza spot for over 20 years. I used to ride my bike 2 miles for their lunch buffet when I was a kid and they were located in mill creek. I went twice a week in the summer.Behind the tablet you ignored there is a long time customer that you potentially just lost because you don't want to pay attention. If you're not getting notifications make sure the media volume is turned up as well as the notification volume. I won't be ordering again for a few months. Pizza went straight to the trash at a premium price. Terrible!
They're using doordash for their deliveries.This is causing a long delay between when the pizza comes out of the oven and when the driver is available to take it on its delivery, which was much easier for them to mitigate when they had their own drivers that they were in touch with and preparing orders with.
