Burgers are good enough, though fries were not as good. Beer selection is OK, I don't recall seeing any craft brew options but they had voodoo ranger so it's fine for me. Lemonade was tasty. Tried two different cocktails and they were better than expected. Speaking of soft beverages seems like everybody comes here for the float. Nice staff overall.

Family of 4, went on a Saturday at noon. They were fully staffed, server was awesome, food was good and came out in a timely manner. It's a basic burger, not sure what people are expecting (pertaining to the recent negative reviews).. either way just wanted to leave them a good review because I always appreciate the service at this particular location. Be nice to your server, they usually take good care of you if you do so.

This experience occurred a couple months ago but after being told by my friends and family to, I'm writing a review from my experience. My family and I used to go to this Red Robin all the time and always enjoyed our time there. Ever since Covid happened this location has gone downhill. I showed up with my wife and three young children. When we walked in the hostess looked up at us and then looked back down at her phone behind the kiosk. I approached her and asked for a table for five and asked for a booth because one of my children is disabled and can't sit on his own. The hostess was very rude and disgruntled over my request and told me that she was unable to accommodate us because there was no booths available when half of the restaurant was unoccupied. After that our waitress seemed unhappy with having to be there, the fries were overcooked and burnt and the burgers were mediocre at best.Their prices have increased while the quality and quantity of food has decreased. We tried going there another time and received the same treatment, disgruntled employees, poor customer service and lackluster food. We have decided we will not be returning again.I'm not looking for a coupon or free meal, I just think other individuals may want to be made aware of this location and it's poor quality.

We decided to come here for my birthday dinner. It quickly became the worst birthday dinner I've ever had. They ended up giving us the wrong burger so I had them correct it. They brought out the new burger and opened it up to find the meat patty was actually meat crumbles. Not a full patty. Burger was very pink when I specifically asked it not to be. The bacon on the burger looked very undercooked and limp. The waiter made the excuse that it was fully cooked and safe to eat, but it still didn't any way look appetizing or even cooked. We also ordered a chicken salad and they burned the chicken and thought I wouldn't notice so they flipped it over. It it was so dry and tough. Waiter didn't even come by to give us a refill on bottomless fries. We ended up not having to pay for the burger, and we both left hungry because we couldn't even eat the food. Way to have rewards customers leave very unsatisfied.

Now I usually wait before reviewing a place when I’ve eaten at it twice so that how bad this RR location is, so first it was next to impossible to call in to request a table (they don’t do reservations) it took me twelve to fourteen tries before I was finally able to get through to the place almost like they were purposefully not taking my call, however when we got there we were greeted with the kind of respect you’d get at a chain restaurant (kindness and respect) our waitress was diligent and quick when it came to getting drinks ordered, then when the full party arrived she was quick to order the rest of the drinks and food, I will say this for a fact their alcoholic drinks are top notch so I’d order those again. However I feel that this franchise needs to have some work done as the bathrooms felt a bit cramped and worn, when it came time to eat the food was lacklustre; the waitress got my mothers order wrong once more which seems to happen a lot more lately in the Alderwood area. But nonetheless the food was lacklustre my burger had an odd taste to it like cardboard/paper other than that it was a somewhat of a good holiday lunch, I give it two stars one for the diligent service and the other for the restaurants atmosphere; will my family and I eat here again? No probably not.

As always we love red Robin and we come for our birthday twice a year and we get our favorite burgers and fries and it’s always really good.Got a love endless fries and all sorts of dipping sauces and custom burgers this place is fabulous if you never been here you’ve got to come and the staff so it’s nice tool

Excellent gluten free burger at Red Robin! I normally do not get burgers as I find the gluten free burger buns are awful. This bun was AMAZING! It was soft, palatable, and was easy to eat - it did not crumble either! I throughly enjoyed my chicken burger! I just wish we had these buns in Canada!

Food is good. Service is slow and noticeably rude. Not sure if staff here are stressed out/upset but I definitely don't want that kind of energy with my meal.Had our baskets of fries and food impatiently placed on our table. Like a rude flop. It was slightly subtle, but I felt it- ya know?Refills also took forever.Onion rings = they slip out after one bite into the batter. Those kind of rings. We were not rude guests for a party of two either. Just noticing their energy and sloppiness with service. Perhaps it was a bad day for the staff.

Nothing too out of the ordinary with this Red Robin. One thing of note was that the food delivery was very quick given that it was dinner time, it was a Wednesday though. The burger was a little bit too juicy and made the bun a little soggy. They did bring another order of fries but the initial order with the burger was very small. The waiter was very attentive and kind and gave us the space that we desired and needed. Overall a decent experience, I do like Red Robin and this place was on par.

The fries were soggy and tasted like they had been microwaved with no seasoning on them the Burger was so bland could not even taste the meat. Took an hour to get our food meanwhile others around us who got there after us we're being served. We will never come to this location again. We'll go back to the Everett Mall Red Robin where they know how to cook. One of the waitresses fell down right in front of us because the stair tread strips were missing... no doubt she's gonna be in a lot of pain tomorrow, nobody seemed to care! After driving all the way up from Centralia to see family. I was excited to go here. Do not go to the alderwood location!
