Birthday dinner was awesome. Great service and delicious food.

We went to Red Lobster for our anniversary dinner. We only waited a few minutes to be seated. I ordered steak and lobster and my wife ordered the seafarers feast. The place was almost empty but we waited over an hour for our food. I received my meal but not the lobster. The steak was done but not the lobster?? How does that happen. Another 15 minutes before my lobster arrived. It was rubbery and stringy. My water was served to me in a severally cracked glass. My wife’s shrimp was it a chipped up bowl. I understand why the place wasn’t busy at 6:00 on a Saturday night. I DO NOT Recommend.

We returned to red lobster. After our first visit which was unfortunately a bad dinner. Mainly due to the restaurant manager not taking our complaints seriously and showing no concern whatsoever. We gave our review and management (Jo Faulkner) responded very quickly. We were invited back to have another meal. I have to say this meal was excellent. The service from our server Bebe was top notch as it was last visit. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning again. To have the management taking our complaint seriously shows that Red Lobster do value their customers.

The food was good but my table and other patrons had an issue with our extreme wait time for our drinks etc.The wait staff was friendly but rarely around after we had started our drinks and appetizers. We had asked for napkins and refills of our drinks and had to wait for quite a while to receive them; our waitress then grabbed some napkins from a waiting booth that was very close to us. If I would have known about the booth, I would have gotten our seating area some myself. All in all it was a decent experience and I'll be returning.

Food was absolutely delicious! However, although we had made a 6:30 reservation online, we weren't seated until almost 7. Our booth was situated right across from a family with a young girl who insisted on screaming at odd moments. The place was definitely understaffed, with servers scurrying about, but our server was very nice and as attentive as she could be. So, a mixed review.

Service was exceptional and the food was great with good value

The waitress was wonderful. The food was good. The front desk staff? Not so much. I initially called to make a reservation and was told they don’t make reservations under 8 ppl and to go through opentable since it had a “wait list” that would hold my place in line. I did that and once I arrived, the desk staff were not only monotone but unsympathetic and told me that “yes it is a wait list, but.. yeah, you still have to wait 40mins because that’s our current wait time”. Talk about irritating, what’s the point of telling me to even go online in the first place? When confronted about the misinformation of the “wait list” the girl behind the counter just kept repeating “we only have three waiters”. I understand staffing shortages and had zero qualm with that, that was not where my confusion and frustration came from. Needless to say, this situation was not handled properly by the front desk nor was it actually addressed.

I never really considered red lobster as a real restaurant I've always seen it as low budget seafood just like Olive Garden is low budget Italian inspo food. After trying this restaurant for the 1st time I will say the cheddar Bay biscuits did not disappoint those those definitely deserve a sandwich. As far as the lobster lovers platter goes theBrazilian lobster was overcooked they baked it but it was extremely tough. The main lobster was cooked to perfection I should have just gotten 2 main lobster's tails instead of the Brazilian lobster because ma'am that ruined a lot for me. The crab legs were OK definitely wished that they were bigger. The pasta was pretty good The crispy brussel sprouts was definitely a highlight as well those are worth getting next time.I give it 3 stars since they sat us in an area that had an extremely annoying family with crying children running back-and-forth sitting on tables et cetera the waiter was clearly Ignoring our request to move seats and she also ignored my partner's request for silverware. I know it was the greeter shouldn't have sat a couple in that area with a bunch of families. Let's acknowledge the fact that we went at 9 PM when kids should be asleep. Myself and another couple did not enjoy our meal based off of the environment we were seated in.

There were no attendant to greet us for over 20 mins!
