worst online order experience possible. they couldn’t provide the drink so i get to wait 10 days for my refund. very rude supervisor. i cant say enough bad things about this locationthen….supervisor told corporate i threw the bag on the counter, i didn’t. but she did slam dunk it into the trash!!!if you like to be treated rudely, come here!She so nasty and that is not my fault!!!!!
Went to place an online order at 6:30 pm on Saturday 6/4 only to go to pay and it said unable to accept order, location closed. Called them and they answered and said due to short staffing they closed at 6pm. No where did it say they were closed online and it let us spend the time adding everything to the cart before telling us they were closed.
We have had, at this point, numerous occasions where the listed close time is 10:00, only to find a functionally complete staff closing the store at 8:30 or earlier.Normally, I wouldn’t complain about this kind of thing, but I was with a friend and former QDOBA employee who noted that the staff present in the store seemed functional enough to run the store, and was likely opting to close early by personal choice rather than necessity.If the restaurant needs to close early by whatever medium, that’s fine. But you should probably change your hours online to stop inconveniencing your customers who are actively looking to get food there.
PATHETIC EXPERIENCE :Came today (Sunday) and had 2 burrito bowls. Have been eating here for last 10 years. Extremely bad pathetic experience:1. Out of taco shells and onions at 3pm on Sunday!2. That girl in the counter was super rude. She as putting items into the bowl as if she's doing a favor and it was barely like sprinkling some pieces. When asked to add some more, she started murmuring harshly. She was very impolite-when asked to put a little bit more, she kept throwing food into the plate and screaming-To the manager- you need to train your employees to behave with customers first. It's customers first, and take strong action on employees who do these kind of nonsense
A big fan of the bowl. They are fresh and tasteful. Customizing the ingredients is fun. Both quality and quantity per price are superb. Today is Mar 11th 2022, and the all staffs working on the day were very friendly and smiley. Overall I felt well deserved.
Really friendly and nice, Qdoba needs to take the time to train their employees instead of over working them. Our server didn’t know how to wrap either of the burritos and just smashed them down and put them in a foil. Really nice kid though! (:
Awesome customer service! All the workers were very welcoming and seemed generally happy. How refreshing. I have worked in the service industry for many years and I was thoroughly impressed. Keep it up! I will definitely be back.
would go from 3 star to 5 stars if they started stacking the ingredients vertical instead of horizontal, the bottom half of my burrito was a layer of rice, layer of beans and a layer of jalapeños . i want them longer not thicker
I enjoy my experience there every time I come in. So much so, that I called the store manager at this location to tell her how wonderful her staff is. Thank you for being open and serving your customers greatly!
I am a huge fan of Qdoba which was why I was so surprised at how messy that the food area was. The tables all need wiping down and the floor cleaned up. I realize how busy the lunch hour was but there was a lull and no one made any effort to tidy up.
