The milk tea was great… poke not so much. I ordered off DoorDash and before fees etc it was $17 for the poke bowl. You only get three toppings, and things like furikake, ginger, and sesame seeds count as toppings. The poke was bland with very little sauce. I like my poke with a spring mix base- the ‘spring mix’ here was mostly iceberg lettuce with a few pieces of arugula/ spinach. The iceberg lettuce throws off the flavor profile imo. Still giving them three stars, because there aren’t other places to get boba tea and poke in the same store that I know of
First time trying Poke and it was excellent!! Like sushi in a bowl...who knew?! Food tasted very fresh and was quite tasty. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back. The place was clean and nicely appointed. Service was quick too.
Contrary to the other reviews, I actually didn’t have as pleasant of an experience. I was looking for poke and this location popped up. I’ve never been, so I decided to give it a try. Upon arriving, the worker didn’t greet or welcome me. They left to the back room as I was perusing through the menu and it was until a bit later, another worker came to take my order. She, too, didn’t greet me and was standing behind the cashier silently waiting to take my order. It was kind of awkward.As for the poke, it was filling and good, but you’re only able to choose up to 3 toppings (not protein, but garnishes like furikake would count against your topping limit). Later that evening after eating, my stomach was in pain and continued to the next day. Based on this experience, I probably won’t visit this place again if I was looking for poke.
Food was great. Service was great. Friendly, helpful staff. Areas for improvement: upgrade eating utensils so I'm not eating Poke with a spork. Reverse the ordering process so that you order and build your bowl as you're watching (ala Subway, Mod or Chipotle) for a more efficient experience.
Love their poke, fresh and tasty. Protein choice is great. Slightly on the pricy side but overall great poke. Newly opened so the whole decor is inviting.
Wanted to try this poke spot because it has Boba and after looking on social media also has cute bowls! Came here right at opening and I was quite busy already, the menu was easy to order. Came home to eat the food and I was impressed as the food exceeded my expectations. I usually don’t eat poke but this spot was pretty good, good portion sizes, good flavor from the sauce, fresh quality meats. The milk tea on the other hand was pretty good and had perfect sweetness at 50% if anything I could go a little bit lower. The boba was average. I’d come back
Good value for the money compared to other poke joints I've been to recently. Their portion is generous, but I didn't get the fancy globe they have with my to go order. I'll definitely be back, but it would also be nice if the owners would ensure that all of their guests/family members would wear masks.
Fish is fresh, staff is friendly, pretty slow, space is nice. $13.99 starting price and a full dollar extra for toppings after 3 items. What normally costs $13-15 at other places costs $18-20 here. Also expect 10 min+ to get your bowl assembled. Tastes good.
It was good but I can't give 5 stars. The hours are excellent, the selection has a lot of options. However, it's too expensive with both the base price and many toppings. There are so many toppings and I want to choose a lot but more than 3 cost extra so it's quite hard to choose. If it was less cost for more toppings, or less base price, I would definitely order almost every day. I also wouldn't get the spicy tuna again as it wasn't what I was expecting, but everything else I've had here was good. I still come even though it's more expensive than I'd like. I'd also like to try the drinks but they seem very expensive as well so I cannot do that yet. I love aiyu jelly in fruit teas so hopefully I can try theirs soon.
