First and las time time ordering from this location. I ordered two pizzas and boneless chicken wings. Pizzas were flavorless like eating cardboard. They forgot to put any seasoning on the crust of either pizza. Chicken pieces had barely any buffalo sauce on them and the container they came in was smashed like somebody had punched it. Food quality and customer service was plain horrible.
I would give 0 stars, but that was not an option. It took 2 hours for us to get our medium pizza with 3 toppings. The app is super restrictive and didn't give the option to adjust toppings on several pizzas. The distinct lack of communication and how expensive the pizzas are makes me feel that even Little Caesar's is a better option to choose. Poor service, though the quality of the pizza we received did end up being better than expected.
For some reason I have issues with every single Pizza Hut in this area… placed a curbside order, arrived a few minutes early, and sat on the phone for 5 minutes without them answering. I finally walked in and discovered the phone was ringing while the guy at the counter ranted about environmental issues with expletives galore (come on dude, children could walk in any moment). I waited about 10 minutes for my food, the phone ringing the whole time and not being answered, and the cashier barely acknowledging anyone else in the store.When the dude stopped ranting and cussing about global warming in the front of the store and actually checked the back, a whole wave of orders came out at once.The food is always good, but don’t expect fast or convenient service (or for the phone to ever be answered- I can’t think of a time I got through to this store successfully, and I order from them often).
Pizza was not very good for the price. Dry, little cheese and pour in quality. A grade of D at best.
Tastes fine. Crust is super thin/greasy. Sausage seems like its been sitting under a heat lamp for a hot minute.
Very quick order fulfillment and good selection of soda.
Delivered my order to who knows where… called the restaurant 2 times to find out where my order was. First they claimed it was delivered at 1:15pm. After I explained that I didn’t order it until 1:45 they changed their mind and said that it was delivered to the front desk. I asked them what front desk where and she couldn’t tell me. We checked with our neighbor stores and no one had received our order. They offered to remake and deliver the order by this point it had been 3 hours. I asked them to remake it but put it for pick up instead as the store was only 3 miles for me and I didn’t have 3 more hours to wait for a pizza to arrive. Once I arrived at the store they forgot to hit the order button so again had to wait 25 more minutes for them to make the order. Finally got the order at 5:45pm. 4 hours after ordering. I get being busy and having to drive in winter weather. But you literally have my phone number and address, if delivering was going to be a problem then why not call? Or if you don’t know where your delivering to… call
Normally the service from delivery is very good especially because we order from that Pizza Hut quite a bit, however last night the pizza was over cooked, poorly cut and was falling apart. I tried calling back and got ahold of someone but as soon as I explained the line mysteriously disconnected and then nobody would answer after that. Unprofessional and poor quality, at least last night.
Ordered 2 pizza's, chicken wings, cheese sticks, it cost $ 85. And some cents. I was given an approximate time for it to be delivered,it arrived a little over an hour after that time. We are 9/10th mile away from the store. I realize we have snow & ice ,but that was really offputting. I was also charged a service fee, a delivery fee plus tax. Then I realized why we dont use Pizza Hut they gough the customers. The delivery fee does not go to the driver but to Pizza Hut. We won't be back. Lil Ceasars has better cheese bread,pizza's and chicken wings.Goodbye forever
Delievery wasnt available when I came in people just walked right on by.
