I am so mad.. I picked up my pizza just now and the wrap job was so bad the toppings slip 1/4 off pizza when I put in my car. When I got home the dough was wrapped around 1/2 the edge. Will not go there until employees are retrained. So give it a year, maybe new employees by then!

Every time I go there I hear a them fighting about stuff in the back, and have witness the manger being rude to her employees. I know they have noticed that they have a sign for more workers but with how the manger acts with her employees I know why they leave but for people to want to work there is beyond me, I really do feel bad for the employees because they don’t deserve to be treated that way….
I was very disappointed with how the pizza's had been built from the crust up. Three of the five pizza's did not turn out the way they have any other time I have order pizza from papa Murphys. The employee need to take their time to do it the way they have been instructed.
This location has really taken a dive lately. Last few times I've ordered they can't even get all of the dough in the pan and there's absolutely no consistency in the amount of toppings.

I visited Papa Murphy’s on 11/23/2021 at or around 5:30. I had ordered my pizza at 4:30pm and when I got to the store it was not ready. I noticed there were about 30 order slips on the counter. The manager lady told me that someone had called in sick and another went on vacation. I was a little upset at first, but stepped back and watched 2 girls and a guy bust out pizzas at record speeds. They were doing a great job in spite of their set backs. Great job guys. Your owner should take you guys out for drinks after killing it the way you did!
Great pizza ? The best pizza in town!
Used to love this location but haven't ordered in months. I placed a phone order and explicitly asked for white sauce on the pizza. They made it with red sauce. I didn't realize until I got home. Gave them a call to see if they could give me a credit, they just wanted me to take it back and remake. It's cold and rainy outside, and I have family visiting; I don't want to go back because you screwed up the order. Poor customer service, cannot recommend anymore.
