I ordered via Uber Eats. My order consisted of a Create your Own pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and the 3 cheese blend. What I received was a pizza with only sausage. My order ticket is printed on the box, so I can verify that Uber Eats did not pick up the wrong order, but that Papa Johns put the wrong pizza in my box.
Shout out to Anthony at this location! Here’s what happened.. My drink was missing from my order two weeks ago. It happens and is pretty common, either that or condiments, no biggie. I called them up, spoke with Anthony, who listened and told me he had a driver coincidentally heading my way with my drink, reassuring me that it’s no inconvenience for them at all and apologized for the forgotten drink. After a good hour, no drink in sight, I called again wondering if I can just have my drink refunded since we were planning to head to sleep at that point anyway. Anthony apologized and exceeded my expectations, he gave me a credit for my next order and still had my drink delivered. Now, in addition to that, come today I called them up and spoke with Anthony again. Without any delay, he quickly acknowledged me by my name, we laughed a bit about our experiences within the food industry, and he ended up taking care of my whole order! It was completely unexpected, above and beyond, and I genuinely appreciated how he remembered and followed through. Anthony showed high customer service standards, was very professional, confident in his responses, and friendly. He’s an excellent credit to this Papa John’s location and I can see him making a name for himself in his chosen industry.
Especially for the money, I should have spent the money on Red Baron Pizza. I would have to bake it myself, but I would have four or five pizzas for the same money and would have more toppings. The BOX may have more flavor. I did like the Crust!!!If I wanted a good crust I could try Pillsbury in the tube for a lot less than the Tip!!!!!
I attempted to order via their website. The only reason I went to them at all was for a coupon deal they had. I added it all online, and suddenly the order changes at checkout. The coupon is gone, and they charge be 20 dollars for a large pizza that was supposed to be extra large with a side of wings. When I called they said it was an Internet ordering problem and there was nothing they could do. Incredibly unhelpful and possibly a scam in regards to their website. I will not be using Papa John’s again. Very disappointing
The manager Anthony ALWAYS makes sure our order is correct and that we have our punch cards stamped, I don’t get pizza anywhere else now! Keep up the amazing hard work, I’ve never had an issue with my order at this location and My husband and I order pizza at least twice a week!
I’ve been ordering from this place for 5 years. Their staff is always nice and the pizza is always on point. I recently ordered carryout and I noticed they had set up a table near the register for people to grab their own plates cups and condiments. It’s a great place. They seem to genuinely care for their customers. I will continue to support this franchise. I hope they stay viable for many years to come!!
After being a regular customer the last few years I am done with Papa Johns. Tonight for the third time in a row I’ve ordered there I wait over an hour only to have the DoorDash driver rip off my order claiming it was delivered when my food never arrived. Called the manager on duty and after apologizing said one of Papa Johns drivers would be out. 45 minutes later a DOORDASH driver delivers my food and it’s wrong! Absolutely unacceptable and as long as they use DoorDash don’t bother. Manager also lied saying she’d use a Papa Johns driver.
Pizza, cheese sticks & brownies were fine. But, when I pay over $50 and tip delivery driver twice (once from my card & cash when he gets here, because it was a nasty, rainy, snowy mess.) When I request extra pepperoni, I WANT EXTRA PEPPERONI!! and crust to be well done, I want it well done! NOT doughy. Very plain pizza and sticks. Brownie was the best part. I'll think again when I want a pizza delivery.
I order uncut pizzas for personal reasons. Sometimes they mess it up, sometimes they don't. When they do mess it up, the manager always tries to make it right. Since I used to work in a pizza place, I know you don't think about cutting the pizza, so I can't get upset about it. It's a habit. At least they're understanding, and will remake them when they do mess it up.
As a long time customer, and frequent Door Dasher, I have to give it up to one individual at this Papa Johns: Anthony!I'm not sure if he's the manager, but he should be. Everytime I come in, he captains his crew to be the best in food prep & service, and isn't afraid to help resolve any customer service that might occur. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and also enjoys having fun with his team.Every service industry needs a leader like Anthony. Good on you!
