The construction is very bad! Its hard to turn into or out! Go behind by the Goodwill donation drop off! You'll have to go past the Panda and turn on the first right ,then turn right again on the first street go straight until you are behind the Goodwill. Follow to the front you will run right into the back of Panda Express entrance
Teriyaki and Kung pao chicken with chow mein.
I mean, it's a Panda Express, I know what to expect. It's also "fast food" and items are ready to be scooped. Food was as expected, though the Kung Pao Chicken is pretty salty.Service here is questionable though. Placed an online order, was told that it would be ready in 5 minutes and it took about 10 minutes to arrive. When I got there, they were confused and thought I wanted to order in store, but even after clarifying, they showed me a receipt and asked if it was my order. I then waited 15 minutes in store for what should've been ready. I can understand waiting a bit to scoop fresher or whatever but 15 minutes is extreme as there was only one customer in store ordering and I was waiting to pick up. No communication either.
The food was fresh fresh, even during the busiest time. The staff is super friendly and patient. They seem to have enough staff to support two people making the food and others serving guests.
The strange thing I found it that the plate here is smaller than the ones from other Panda Express in Seattle. Food is okay tho.
What's with the latest trend of skimming down on portions? Inflation is hitting us all hard and I get that, but I didn't order a damn kids meal when I am paying for a bigger plate. This place used to be awesome all around, but lately - and I don't know what changed in Management - but a 3-Entree plate, colloquially called "Bigger Plate", feels like a kids meal. Enough is enough, go back to basics or lose business. The Manager of this location is turning this place into a circus.
Chow mein was horribly burnt. The lady helping me needed me to remind her twice what entrees I wanted. A lady in front of me in line was given the wrong entree, and when she told the employee, he just scooped the correct entree and dumped it on top of the one she didn't want.
Always good! I love panda.
Lynnwood is one of my favorite store locations. The menu has special items on the buffet which change once in a while. The quality and flavor never changes. If one of your favorite dishes has sold out, it is worth the wait for the cooks to stir-fry some more.
Super yummy food. Excellent service. No lines.
