Busy but we were seated in 15 mins. Great food and service.
We could not get a table at another restaurant so we popped over to P.F. Chang's and we were so glad we did. Not only was the wait less time, everyone was way less stressed and more cordial. Our Server was a very nice woman who helped us with choices. They brought hot tea in a beautiful teapot with lemon and honey, even my spouse liked it and they don't like green tea usually. We had lettuce wraps and eggrolls and pepper steak, everything was so good it was amazing, the best egg roll I have ever had.
Andrew was our server for dinner and he was amazing. So cheerful and helpful, describing the dishes and wines to us when we were unsure what to order. He brought my mom a sample of a certain wine she hadnt tried before to make sure she would be happy. Our sea bass, street noodles, lettuce wraps and spring rolls were perfect and more than enough for 3 hungry people. The sav blanc and reislings were great, and chatting with Andrew was a pleasure.
We shared a last minute meal after seeing an oncologist. The service here was top notch, and the food can't say it was the best I had. But I have paid allot more and hard very bad food. We ordered the Dynamite Shrimp, it was a tempura batter with sriracha aioli, it was a very light start to our meal. We followed with a cup of hot and sour and wonton soup. Both were very tasting. Other then unsalted chicken bit on the bottom of my hot and sour soup. Lastly we had a glass of vine with our dinner. We ordered Kung Pao Chicken and Orange chicken. My partner loved the sweetness of the orange chicken, only thing he mentioned would have made it better was if the chicken would have been crispy. The batter on the orange chicken was too moist so that light crispness you expect from the batter on the chicken was not there. For me the Kung Pao Chicken was just way too salty, if not for the Fried Rice to mix in to take some of the saltiness down. I would have sent it back. Otherwise the location is nice, service was great. It was allot more noise then I expected. I felt as I had to yell out my order to the waiter. I would say it not a place I would be dying to go back. I would be willing to give it another go on another day.
Well… obviously it is a American Chinese food restaurant… but at least it has a decent interior and service. And the Peking duck is awful…
Nice and tasty food. Good service and free refills for soft drinks
I have to be honest, their food was much better years ago.It was ok for this time but I don’t think we will order again. It was too salty and too sweet. The hot and sour soup was not at all good. It doesn’t worth spending that much money on bad quality food.
First came to this place in 2010. Visited a couple times a year for 6 or 7 years. Always enjoyed it. Just visited for the first time in 4 years or so. Sorely disappointed. Prices went up and quality went down. The food that was served is what you can find in Safeways frozen food section with the P.F. Changs name on it. Which is where I think they get it. And portions were small. Even the pineapple fried rice only had 1 piece of pineapple in it. $200 for 3 people. Youd be better off buying the stuff from your frozen food isle and making at home. Will be exactly the same but cost you less than $20. Save yourself the time and money and go to Panda Express. Or any other chinese restaurant.
Great service! Went on a Saturday afternoon and had no issues, reservationsare the way to go. Food was delicious, server was awesome, great experience.
