Most recent experience was probably 0.5 stars out of 5. We went on a Saturday night as a pick me up since my husband was having a bad day. Little did I know this would just add on to that. We usually love Olive Garden and our take out experiences are flawless. The dine in has been quite hit or miss and this was a MISS. Our waiter was having a bad night, we could tell because the manager asked him in front of us. He got my husband’s margarita drink wrong but it was still edible so we just went with the flow. Then when we ordered our food I repeated it 3 times to make sure he got it written down. Mind you, it wasn’t a complicated order. We waited for 45 minutes for our food to come out. His order was wrong. We ended up asking a different waitress if she could fix it and make it to go so we could just leave and get back to our sitter. We got there at 8:15pm on a Saturday and left around 9:45pm and never even ate dinner. Ultimately we won’t be returning for dine in any longer which is such a shame since it was my husband’s literal favorite spot to go.
It's the Olive Garden, the food is predictable and the service is good. All you can eat soup, salad and bread sticks is always a winner. I go the the Taste of Italy that includes Chicken Parmesan, Fettuccine Alfredo and Classic Lasagna. I liked the Chicken Parmesan best out of the three. Minestrone and Fagioli soups are the best.
Granted it's been maybe 10 or 15 years since I was last at olive garden (and a kid), but... me and my family had an unreasonably good time here with tons of food and laughs! SO many breadsticks eaten (warm out of the oven with that garlic salt, they're unbeatable dipping vessels) , and so much endless soup tried (every flavor was excellent, the chicken and dumplings was very good but heavier, the other soups being lighter and more palette cleansing!). I personally got the shrimp scampi which was so light and wonderful with still crispy asparagus and plenty of shrimp. All the Alfredo dishes were really great too, and the lasagna was stacked. Favorite dessert between tiramisu and cheesecake was definitely the cheesecake with a very crispy crust and raspberry sauce. Calamari appetizer was very hearty and meaty feeling with warm marinara and another creamy dipping sauce that was very addictive and great with breadsticks too! However, their alcoholic beverages were definitely too sweet for us though even when we asked for reduced sweetness. Nonetheless, a great experience to be had :)

My server disappeared. I got skipped In line waiting for a table, but the manager seen me not being helped and took care of me. Legit went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. Food was delicious
Amazing food and even better service! I don't remember a place I was so well served before. It’s also very affordable! A very welcoming atmosphere with well-trained staff. The eggplant was delicious and the salad was nice and fresh. It’s pretty cool that you are able to pay by yourself using the tablets located in the tables.
I would love to see more varieties in the menu, but overall I can't say I didn't find what to eat.The portions are very big and I absolutely loved the Italian Margarita served with a side of sweet Italian rum! I would have served (i.e. If I was the restaurant) the glass less full so that I wouldn't actually have to spill a bit on the table.I loved the fried lasagna and the green salad was perfectly seasoned!
Waitress was friendly and helpful. We got sat immediately by the bar. Ordered some wine and beer and ate some delicious pasta!
Good safety precautions made sure everyone was seated in different sections of the restaurant not just in different tables. food is always amazing, quick, and delicious. and the server was super helpful, super friendly, and very patientGo early or expect a wait
