Delicious sushi, authentic Japanese foods, only issue was the boba tea not being as expected. The quail wrapped with bacon is Quail Eggs, not actual quail meat.
They serve variety of food and the ramen menu's great! I liked their garlic miso ramen. Service was very good, too!
Delicious food and wonderful service. They had great options for vegetarians. Our food was perfect, and we wanted to try every dish that passed by.
Have gone a couple times and ordered different curries and ramens each time, loved it all! Great appetizers too. Staff always incredibly friendly and helpful. Always clean and cozy inside. Will be coming back whenever we're in town!
Authentic Japanese food. Awesome stuff. We didn't try the sushi -- we were feeling like something hearty, so we had the gyudon (beef bowl) and karaage curry. Both were delicious. Service was fast and courteous. Couldn't really ask for more.Definitely coming back.
My Husband and I are very picky about our ramen. This place had excellent service, the photos I took look good, but the ramen and their cooked food was not anything special. We didn’t try any of their sushi or sashimi items.Ayuko-san served us promptly and courteously. Our son had the Tonkatsu ramen, my Husband had the Red Volcano ramen, and I had the vegetable shio ramen. Our daughter had the Katsu bowl and none of us were impressed by our dishes ?
Our favorite ramen in the north-end, we eat here all the time. The tan tan men ramen is 5-stars delicious. Some of the sushi has gotten pretty expensive for the selection, and there have been a few times when we have gotten take-out and the food wasn't quite as good as we know it can be on a top-notch evening. I used to come here for lunch allll the time before the pandemic and their lunch specials are great. I highly recommend.
I got the spicy muto negi ramen and the Hamachi kama. The ramen was solid for the price. Good broth and the bbq pork was tasty. The Hamachi kama was pretty expensive compared to other restaurants in the area (and maybe even compared to Seattle). It was tiny and overcooked. Probably the worst piece I've ever had. Also they charge $0.15 per bag. If I could rate these individually, ramen would be a 5 and the Hamachi kama a 1, so it gets a 3.
Muto Izakaya hums with happy diners enjoying their sushi rolls and ramen. Teriyaki salmon combination lunch is my favorite.
I came here on Friday with my mom for dinner. The place somewhat small when it got filled up with folks coming in to eat. The food was delicious, the service was okay despite the limited staff they had that day.I'd say, it's probably better to go here for lunch or if you plan to go here for dinner go as soon as it opens. It tends to get pack especially on a Friday night.
