Worst customer service from manager Kristina/Christina Valdez. One of the items in my pick up order was completely wrong. I called to report the issue and to discuss a possible refund when I arrived home. Much to my surprise, I had to wait on the line while she was having a personal conversation (I was not put on hold). All I can say is it has been years since I’ve had such an unpleasant experience with someone who is supposed to be an example for the employees. I won’t ever order from this Mod pizza location ever again. I’ve left a message for corporate customer service. I highly recommend the Mod Pizza location on Hwy 99 & 196th.
Delicious....sorry no pic to share. Check out their No Name Cakes. They have chocolate with vanilla cream (like a decadent hostess Ding Dong) and they have a seasonal Key Lime flavored one now.
Pizza is inexpensive and service is very good.
I love the fact you could put something of everything on your pizza if you really wanted to at MOD Pizza! Not that I have though. Close with the meats though tonight. Nice and yummy! Thanks. My only issue tonight was that the pizza crust was overcooked a little and dark. Otherwise good eats.
This place is ok but definitely not the best quality pizza. It's convenient because it's fast but realistically the pizza is pretty bland and the crust comes out like a cracker or you can choose the thicker crust which doesn't make anything better. The staff are great though. Very friendly and helpful. This place does also have some fantastic drinks on tap.
I didn't like mod pizza the first time I tried it in Marysville but the Lynnwood staff are extremely friendly and made me an amazing pizza! You've got yourselves a return customer for sure!
Made pizza, nobody at register to ring up order. Waited for a while and pizza just sat on the counter. We never saw the pizza go into the oven because we walked out in frustration. Just seems as if people don't care anymore, I really can't blame them though...food service is a dying industry!
Always good service and quality ingredients. However, something all MOD franchises can do is flavor up the dough and crust. At the very least butter that dough man.
I really love coming to this particular MOD Pizza. Their staff is always so nice and they are attentive to the orders being made. Always a quick and lovely experience Everytime.I prefer their dairy free cheese due to dietary restrictions but I love their cauliflower crust better than their gluten free crust (which is dairy free).
Wonderful design-it-yourself pizza at a reasonable price. Quick and hot too.I had thin-crust pizza with tomato sauce, asiago cheese, roasted garlic cloves, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, olives and pesto topping for just under $10. Just right for two with a salad.
