Most Mod Pizzas are awesome! This one was socially awkward and it was the worst pizza I've ever received. Went running 2 miles to this location and it was supposed to be my reward.This was with extra cheese btw. Asked for spinach and got 5 leaves. All toppings piled on the center. I was the only customer in line with 5 employees while they were talking about how dead it was.Ah well... I'll stick to frozen pizza or papa Murphy's.
My review is for lady with red hair and tattoos, please treat drivers with respect. Don’t make them think that they are stupid standing over there. My order was ready but you ignored me and let me stand for no reason. I hope your management teach you some customer care lessons.
Ok pizza made in front of you. Though its like pulling teeth to get extra cheese on your pizza. I ask for extra after seeing them barely put on a acceptable amount then I say I want more cheese and they put 3 more strands of cheese on. It becomes a game of chicken where am I willing to ask for them to put more cheese on 15 more times to get to the right amount. I never do but it is very tempting.
Made to order wood fired pizza. As many toppings as you want for a $10 pizza. Super good and tasty!
I can't tell you how much I loved getting a perfectly made pizza for such a low price. It was delicious. The drinks there are equally perfect. Don't miss the experience of going here
I ordered from online and when I got to the restaurant decided to add onto my online order. I walked up to the cash register to ask a question. I was abruptly told to get into the line inwhich a customer tells workers how to prepare the pizza. While I was standing in this line I heard my name called out from the online orders. I walked over to the online orders. And the worker denied he called out my name. I asked for a manager to get my online order. Then the pizza which I ordered while at the restaurant pizza took an additionally 45 minutes
Can't say I'll return for a very crisp ..cracker crust... hardly any toppings
My kiddo loves it here. I enjoy that you can tell them to add a little more, or just a little on any of the toppings. The salads are the best.
One of the worst restaurants experiences that I have had in a while. We ordered online at 9:21. We arrived at 9:30 and parked in the designated pick up area and called in our arrival. The order confirmation promised our order would be ready by 9:36.I called back at 9:59 to check on it at which point somebody brought out our two pizzas and said, "here" and walked away. As we were on our way back home we noticed one pizza was not the one we ordered and both were cold.The way we were treated and the service we received suggested that we did something wrong, and for a bit I felt that maybe we did.Maybe we forgot to tip (nope, we did), maybe we were supposed to go inside? Or maybe, because of all the good experiences we've had at Mod Pizza, it made this one feel so disappointing. I don't know. Normally we receive great service and food and we will continue to go just not at this location.
The main crust they have is thin crust in three different sizes, so if you're looking for styles such as Chicago deep dish or more substantial crust, this may not be the place for you. If however, you want to actually try multiple toppings without having to pay a dollar for each, you've come to the right place.
