We just moved to the area and the people here welcomed us and helped us find some flavors that we loved! Definitely our new go-to spot!
2 stars for customer service related to cakes. We placed an order at the store for a froyo sheet cake about a week before the event. We called the day before we were supposed to pick it up and they informed us that our order had been lost. They would work on it and have it ready a day after. We were fine with that. We went to pick up the cake the day of the party and were informed that they only do round cakes. The cake was beautiful but it wasn’t enough for all of our guests. I wish they would have informed us, then we would have ordered 2 rounds. We ended up getting a random second cake that was in the freezer. I’m so sad about the situation.I decided to change my 2 star review to 3 stars because the cakes are actually delicious. If you order, call ahead to confirm and know they can only do round cakes.
We came at 3 pm, there were no toppings and when we asked her she was not respectful and unprofessional, sure we will not come back again!
Bad place to eat or work 1.History of bad customer service(lazy hiring process) and store care 2.Quantity over quality mentality 3.They dont encourage washing hands 3.they have a fruit fly problem and suspiciously placed mouse traps(placed in abnormal places which means critters have been there before.) 4.boys bathroom has been down for months 5. they dont care much of the legality of the store or its workers, they risk safety and health of workers and even refuse brakes on certain shifts and cover up the fire alarm and emergency exit for storage convenience. Thats only a portion of examples of what's wrong with the place. There are plenty of better and safer froyo places to eat or work.
So clean and everything looked so nice..first time there and already downloaded the app so I can keep going in...the mango is a must
amazing froyo And super clean and a bunch of toppings
Alot of great choices with decent prices to match.
Was initially disappointed simply by the (lack of) flavors available when we first walked in with our children. But being that we had saved money by REDEEMING a Groupon the previous week at this location, we made our peace with the situation.Upon paying for our items, I was told the total was over $40. I informed her of the voucher we repurchased in the amount of a $20 credit, in an effort to redeem our newest one. However, we were told they do not accept Groupon vouchers- except in the amount of $5, and that we would have to go to the other location-- which by the way was 15 minutes away and closing in 4. When I reminded her that I had redeemed one at that very location exactly 7 days prior, the repeated response I received was "I'm sorry, but it's not my fault, hope you have a good night."Needles to say, we ended up having to spend almost $60 to get frozen yogurt for 4 people and subsequently our desire to support this location any longer has absolutely and completely diminished.
This place closes when they want. They refused to serve or open the door at 9pm on Saturday. Straight trash.
I thought that 10$ I paid was outrageously expensive but it was actually equally delicious.
