You deserve to work at McDonald's when you think a piece of paper and a marker are above your pay grade. Why on earth would you idiots have the lobby closed at 5pm on a Friday and not a single one of you has enough common sense to put a sign in the door, "Lobby Closed"??Everyone of us is pulling in, parking, going up to the door and ONLY THEN learning you jokers have locked your doors! Meanwhile, at least three more cars have pulled into the drive thru ahead of us.You'll literally spend thousands of dollars keeping us out of your precious bathrooms, but you won't spend two cents letting us know you're lobby is closed? Go ahead...tout how altruistic you screwballs are through your mouthpiece, RMHC. We all see you for who you really are and you are losing us one-on-one.
Went to this Mcdonalds on 4/30/22, not the usual one we got to but it was closer to where we were at the time. Went through drive thru, ordered our food the proceeded to wait in line as the second car back for about ten min, FINALLY the car in front recieved their food then continued to wait while i assume checking that their order was correct, which i dont blame them for. Once we got to the window to get our order we had to wait an additional 5+ min for our food, which was only a few mcdoubles, which were cold. They should have already been done by the time we got to the window since the last car took so long, and why did we have to wait even longer for cold burgers?! Will not be returning. Better trying fot the tacobell down the road.
Worst fast food service I've ever had, coming from a previous Wendy's employee. Don't go here. My boyfriend went into the drive thru at 6:40 on March 29 to order a happy meal, quarter pounder combo, and crispy chicken deluxe combo for the family. When he got home we saw they gave us a Big Mac combo, a burnt chicken sandwich, and all of our fries were cold yet we live 3 minutes away. They made him park outside to wait for fries. We went back asking for new food or a refund, the lady refused if we didn't have a receipt but we told her we brought the food. She blamed us for getting the wrong food when the order wasn't repeated to him, the order didn't pop up on the screen, and no receipt was given or offered. She tried to refund only one sandwich when we got 3 meals, and only gave in to refunding more food if we gave back our entire order of food for them to throw away. She then got mad that my 4 year old brother left the fries from his happy meal at home and refunded us for one meal while keeping the rest of the food we paid for, and ended the conversation by again telling us its our fault and to do better on our part next time to get the order correct. This place and this woman was unbelievable.

Check your order before driving off. These bozos are always missing an item or sauce.I don't bother wasting hard earned money on cold-limp fries anymore. Oreida Crinkle fries for us.
Every time I have gone to or ordered uber eats from this restaurant there has been something wrong with my order. Missing items, wrong drink, food is cold, etc. Just go to the one on 176th near the grocery outlet if you want quality service and to get the items you paid for.
The Mc donalds itself is fine, quick and speedy. Its in an awkward location on hwy 99 that's very busy so depending on the time of day you go can be hard to get out of safely.
Had a problem with missing items in my drive through order. They were very nice made my whole order again fresh for me. Management and weekend drive through workers are happy and accomidating people
I entered this establishment and waited patiently in line. The entire staff were in the back ignoring the front desk area. The lady bagging the drive through food poked her head out and I was about to ask a question and she interrupted me to say order at a kiosk. I waited longer and finally decided to interrupt a guy that was talking to her. He seemed annoyed that I was there and was rude in his reply. A 3rd person was walking g around in the back with no mask on and was close to the food that was going out the drive through. We decided to leave as this place was terrible. Do better
