The cashier was not friendly in the least. She also spoke too softly to hear and glared at us the entire time. Not sure if she just has rbf or if she was legitimately glaring. Either way, she was very short with us. If you're going to work customer service at least be civil.She also waited until after I ordered a soda to tell me that the drink machines were out of order inside and they had to use the drive-thru machine. Cool.
I went to the McDonald’s on 176th and hyw 99. I ordered a small Carmel Frapp and a ice cream cone. It would have been greatly appreciated if the guy who took my order would have told me that the Frapp machine was not working. Instead I waited for 5 or so so minutes without Anyone telling me about the Frapp machine.I went inside and asked what and why nobody told me about the issue. The Girls there were RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and Downright rude. The manager came out after hearing the argument I was having and did NOTHING to resolve my situation. I had to ask for my money back. GOING FORWARD, the next time I visit this McDonald’s on 176th & 99. I will literally make this fast food, literally a DRIVE THRU! I never ever experienced anything like the rudeness and unprofessionalism I received!!!!
Consistent. Fast. Clean. This location always gets my order right the first time.
Too many teenagers... it's by the mall, js... I gave them 4 because I get it. But, damn.... not everybody is an a*hole. Please don't expect me to be one.
I honestly don't write reviews that often, much less negative ones, but this location is not worth it. I live near it and so it's the easiest to go to, however they mess up our order 3/4 of the time, or the food is old. Seriously, it's worth it just to drive a few blocks to the next one, save your money.
Asked nicely, and paid for, 2 slices of cheese on my chicken sandwich, and I got none. Was also given a handful of mayonnaise packets that contained no mayonnaise, just oil.
Food was good. I ordered with the app but it didn't show up on their end. Need to streamline everything so it's easier.
I ordered 40 nuggets. They tasted OLD. The sauces were missing, which I caught at drive thru before I left.Disappointed.
Always busy, we drive there but usually turn around n find somewhere else to go eat due too the long wait times.
Everything is very tasty, but it is the second time we ask for something and they do not give us everything we buy.
