Second time I've tried to order from them they wouldn't even answer their phone. Went in and asked do you not answer your phone they are like yeah and I'm like No. Tried calling for 15 mins timed out every time. Do not go to this store they do not have it togather. First experience ordered thin crust and of course they do not have it and orded double pepperoni. Got a regular hot and ready tho I paid full price for a double pepperoni thin crust. I will never go to this store again. Oh tried calling after I ordered in person to see if they would answer No they hung it up after two rings.
They are the worst little Caesar’s. They rarely ever answer the phone to put in an order. They NEVER have any cheese bread ready like they should. It’s nice to have it fresh, yes, but on days when I’m running late, it would be nice if they held up the “hot n ready” name . They also have closed early multiple times before. Just the absolute worst and I will never go back.
I want to give the highest high 5 to the young man who served me at the 148th Lynnwood, WA branch on this day, the 24th at 11:15am. He was working exceptionally super hard. He deserves a raise! I highly recommend such a good worker….good job Little Caesar’s for having this employee.
We ordered a pizza online. We showed up 10 minutes later than expected and our pizza still wasn't ready. They had forgotten our order and then quickly threw the pizza together. When we got home we found that the pizza was burned. We attempted to call the store but they just said, "Sorry about that," and hung up on us. Go to another store. These guys deserve to shut down.
Horrible service. Placed order online. waited 20 minutes to go pick up to allow for pizza to be ready.When arrived, there was another 7 people waiting and no employee to be found.I waited another 40 minutes before anyone came up to the front to talk to usDidn't get my pizza until after an hour of me getting there.From reading other reviews, this is pretty common at this place. Should have read before ordering from here.
Bad service, employees were constantly talking in the back while customers were waiting to order. When I finally did get my pizza it was not sliced and no peace of mind sticker was put on. By far the worst experience I've ever had at this place
I go here sometimes because of the convenience of the location in proximity to my house, but I would say 3 out of 5 times I go here they don't fully cook the pizza. Dough is still near raw sometimes and cheese hardly melted. I've taken to getting a u-bake pizza from Safeway because it's cheaper and ends up tasting better, and I have to end up cooking the Little Caesars pizza more myself when I get home anyway.
Insanely long wait and zero customer service. Waited 90 minutes from online ordering before giving up. Last time was here took 50 minutes. Asked staff twice about where order was and they never came back with an answer. Staff rarely at the counter, not many orders coming out. Both occasions I ordered other takeout at the same time and all that was ready in 30 minutes.Never going here again. Mod pizza instead. The only reason I ever use Little Ceasars is because it supposed to be quick.
I love Little Caesar’s as a company but this location is actual garbage. All of the employees are maskless, not wearing gloves, and actively avoiding greeting people who walk in. Last month I waited in store for 45 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready while 8 people who came in after me were helped first. Today I ordered for pickup and was quoted between 8:05-10, and when I got there the door was locked and there were no employees towards the front to see that someone was trying to get in while they were clearly still open. I called the store twice and could hear the phone ringing while the employees inside actively ignored the call. Then after standing outside at the door for like 10 minutes while staring at my finished order just sitting there, then finally someone sheepishly noticed me standing outside. I understand that Little Caesar’s isn’t a high end restaurant and I work retail so when it comes to any sort of customer service, my expectations are EXTREMELY low because I understand that service workers don’t get paid a lot and have to deal with bad people every day. But this location always makes me think that the employees are only doing this for court ordered community service because they are inexcusably bad here.
I did an online order and it is honestly funny how wrong they got my order. I ordered two stuffed crust create your own pizzas, neither of them had stuffed crust and they were the same pizza! Forgot my wings, nothing was right. And they wouldn't answer when I called to ask! Terrible location.
