Okay I went for the limited time kirby drink cause said they're open till 9 pm on google but on the store door says not open on saturday and sundays come on update the time's on Google I mean that's just common sense
Super cute place and boba is magical. Honestly never had a boba that tastes perfect like this. Literally experienced paroxysmal excitement. Omg. I dare you to try the s’mores slush. You will feel so much better. Highly recommend.
Ok I usually don't go Karen mode, but I've ordered twice recently in the past few weeks from the app, just to drive here and the place is closed. I used to love this location, but their hours change so much, and they're not even open on the weekends anymore according to the sign on the door. What kind of boba place isn't open on the weekend? I'd attach a photo of their current hours, but what's the point? They're just gonna change again next weekI feel sorry that they're understaffed, but it makes me wonder why nobody wants to work here..Don't order on the app. It'll take your money and say that they're "open" and you'll need to ask for a refund on kung-fu's website. If kung fu could fix the app to cater to this store's crazy weird hours I'd still be happy ordering here. (That's a kung fu problem, I'll definitely make a separate review on their website)I just need some boba so I'm not as cranky about this place
This store is a real fraud . They have taken my order and charged me. When I went there to take my order it is showing below screen shot with store closed and there is no way of getting refund back . This store is big scam
Another person hosed by the app taking the order only to arrive and find the place closed. Now there's a notice on the door that they've apparently defaulted on their lease. No way leaving the app functioning this long for a closed store is an accident.
Went to get some tea after having sushi on May 7th and I can confirm that this location is closed on the weekends.Food/drink for thought: "...no business which depends for existence on paying less than living wages to its workers has any right to continue in this country."
I've been ordering through the app for several months with no problem, but yesterday, despite the app confirming a pickup time and my debit card showing a pending charge, the location was closed all weekend. I understand that staffing is tough right now and sometimes places close unexpectedly, but the app should not let you order if a location is closed. I called several times today to request a refund, but I barely get out "I ordered through the app yesterday" and the staff end the call. My guess is they don't know how to fix the problem, and I feel bad about that. I see from other reviews that this has happened to others, and join the chorus of reviewers saying "call first, and go in person!" The tea is yummy, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
This place is incredible; there is a girl with red hair who didn't have a name tag but was extremely helpful, and I thoroughly enjoyed my taro slush. If you can't handle sweetness, I'd reduce the sweetener to 70%.
I initially place an order for 6 taro bobas on their app and shortly after they called me to tell they’re out of taro, so I cancelled the order and they told me I’ll get a refund. It’s been over a week trying to reach them out for my refund and I haven’t heard from anyone. Not the best customer service.
This used to be my go to for boba. I am still waiting for a promised refund from 10/16 for product I never received because the store closed early and they failed to turn off online ordering.*Update 11/15 Still waiting for the refund. Have called the store multiple times with no resolution.Did eventually receive the refund.
