At 5:00p.m. theycwrrecout of regular chicken wings! Thighs were well over the hot light stay. Disappointing and this is the second time this has happened. Mashed potatoes and coleslaw were good.
I have nothing that will bring me back to this store.I placed an online order that was very obviously made way too far in advance that even the napkins in the bag were soaked… wrong drink, wrong sauces, soggy fries, soggy chicken, soggy EVERYTHING! Ridiculous.I went to try the new Beyond Chicken and they were so bad that it seems like they were cooked, then cooled, then microwaved!I don’t blame Beyond because they make incredible meat alternatives. It was the employees lack of pride in their store
This franchise has been horrible for years. Never get orders right. Always out of product like wings. We need better options than this place.
This place never gets our orders right and it's so expensive for what you end up getting.
This has turned into one of the worst places to buy chicken in the northwest. Im surprised they are still in buisness we have been going to this location for the last 20 years. The order wasnt right when we ordered 8 piece family bucket but there were no legs and no seasoning on the chicken and burnt. We will never go there again do your self a favor and go across the street to Ezells
Staff was horrible. An employee had her 2 year old child unattended at a table while she worked . Staff was very unprofessional. My extra crispy chicken was soggy and slimy. Place was dirty . Another employee was very rude and kept saying derogatory things on there cell phone . There was no manager on site when I asked . I won't eat at this location acer again. I would recommend to anyone not to eat at this location.
Always the bomb chicken ! Love the hot wings, mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Twist one up and smash some good grub.
I felt robbed, I paid $17 for horrible wings, too coated in flour, the pieces were so small, that was a chick and not a full grown chicken ,so disgusting. Please improve, I’m never going back.
We were the only customer there and ordered 4 meals, a side of coleslaw, 2 sandwiches, and a large fry. It was $77 and we didn’t get the side of coleslaw or one of the meals which is $18 worth of food! When we tried to call the store it sent us to a fax machine!!!! Don’t go to this store!!!!
They don't honor advertised deals. Their chicken pickle sandwich was gross. At least mine was. It wasn't fresh. The appearance of the chicken is as if it's been stomped on or beaten. It looks awful.
