First time at a Jersey Mike's and WOW! A wonderful experience and a truly excellent meal.The employees were fast, kind, and allergy-friendly (talking about ingredients and even changing gloves and cleaning in front of me!) which I deeply appreciated! It wasn't too difficult to hear them or speak to them, which is a rarity in most sub shops, especially a busy one.Ingredients were all very fresh and extremely delicious! I got an Italian sub (#13 Classic Italian) with a few modifications and asked for it done 'Mike's Way' which means onions, lettuce, tomatoes, spices (oregano, black pepper, and optional salt), and 'the Juice'.The red vinegar and oil dubbed 'the Juice' is quite possibly the best I've ever had. The red vinegar in particular is very tasty. It enhanced the flavor of everything (except the pickles, which seemed oddly bland with no tangy bite, I'll have to try them again without the oil and vinegar), especially the meats, and really elevated a sandwich into a true sub. It also seemed very messy and is likely enjoyed immediately after preparation, rather than saved for later.I'll definitely be trying other shops in this chain. I'd rank Jersey Mike's right up there with my favorite sub shop of all time, Port of Subs. To my tastes, Port of Subs has better bread and a wider variety of quality vegetables, but Jersey Mike's was no slouch in those departments. I just really like vegetables!
Worst customer service ever!! i waited for 30 mins for my sub and they were ignoring me, helping other customers while i was already ordered. That was a big disrespect
this location not great compared to others. understaffed for traffic. not very clean & takeout orders not ready on time. very nice & friendly staff.
Stopped here for a quick dinner to take home. The place is clean and the staff is welcoming and friendly. I came Monday evening around 8pm, so I don't know who was working, but they are rock stars. Did you know that (unlike subway), not only is your sandwich made to order in front of you, but they slice their meat and cheese PER ORDER in front of you? And the gentlemen actually seemed proud that they do it. And it was worth it. So delicious. I probably could have turned that sub into two meals, but it was so good, I ate the whole thing that night.
They’re good subs but terrible customer service. If you’re going to take online orders, then you need to have a separate assembly for online orders! With my three recent visits, I’ve had to wait 15-20 minutes for my order….unacceptable.
We ordered the really big sandwich to split and were disappointed. I felt rushed to make a decision and the meat was not very fresh. It was beef with onions and green peppers. Sadly I took out the onions and fed it to my dog. Seemed overpriced as well. I might go back and order something else some other time to give it another chance as I have liked other sandwiches in the past.
Very good sandwich. The two guys there were soooo busy! The online orders were just killing them, but they hustled! Hard workers!

First time I’ve eaten there was 9/28 at night. I ordered the supreme sub and the young men working were awesome, all 4 of them. My sandwich was delicious, I got what I paid for. So today I ordered the same but ordered 2. I was not pleased, it was sloppy and I did not get my money’s worth in meat. I’ll just order at night, they get 5*****
Amazing customer service very friendly very attentive doesn't cheap you on the toppings. Food itself is pretty good definitely better than Subway or any basic sub place. I was mostly impressed with how fresh their vegetables work. Fresh and crisp tomatoes are not common.
