Rare for me to write a bad review these days. But here we are. Exactly what you'd expect when high schoolers run the counter. The drinks are great if you uber eats or doordash them just to spare a tense visit. For instance, today April 7th, the girl working the counter told me they were out of juice. Jamba juice is out of juice? This was at around 3 pm. Ironically I doordashed what I was asking for in person to be delivered to my home (same store mind you) and it came, no problem. The girl at the counter was just being a total brat. Work ethic is just downhill now... and I'm 26 so keep the differences between generation in mind
Jamba juice employees have a systemic problem of handing out warm drinks, I am going to stop tipping first, and continue trying to figure out how a 3 dollar tip on a 9 dollar order leaves me robbed of a few cents of ingredients (even when I specifically ask for them to make it correctly). Adding whey protein and removing cold ingredients leaves a quickly warm drink that tastes different.
Not bad. a little too sweet for my pallet but, better than Asian tea places.. it really depends on what you like. This place focuses on healthier drinks..And healthy add ons. Unsure if they are organic. Ask.
I have been a regular of this location of Jamba since 2013. Right now the management is very poor at customer service. Today, I was told, yelled at by manager Marion, to leave the store because I insisted on getting my money back for an order that could not be fulfilled due to running out of the product. ( I had even called ahead to see if they had the ingredient I wanted, and the answer was yes) I paid for a drink I didn't get, and got yelled at by the manager Marion to leave the store! Then when I called, she hung up on me. Very bad treatment indeed!
Super good. Wasn't the watermelon breeze I ordered but whatever it was it was amazing.

Amazing plant based smoothies and bowls. I come here time and again to get my vegan smoothie fix! The staff is also friendly and following COVID mask requirements.

This review is for the service provided on Monday August 23rd 4:45pm to 5:00pm.I have been Jamba Juice customer for years and have been to many locations across the states but this location has one of the worst customer service. Employees are clearly not well trained and don’t have a single basic customer service skill. The small young lady in yellow shirt, brown hair, 5’1 working at this location is rude, unprofessional and has a very bad work ethic and attitude. She walked pass me and then into the counter when I first enter without acknowledging my existence. Then when my order was ready, she just left the drink on the counter while laughing and joking around with her coworker without announcing if the order is ready or if it’s my order. I came up and said “excuse me” multiple times with no replies. She continued chatting and then going back inside. ???!! It’s so unacceptable for her behavior as she’s working in the store not like playing around in highschool. Another young girl had to come up to confirm my order so i can finally pick it up and leave. Very disappointed.
