Fast Food Burgers Tacos

This is not my first visit to Jack and the Box, especially this location. I am surprised though by the product that we just received. The burgers were swimming in grease. It has even ruined my jeans by leaking through the paper. Attached is a photo of a Ultimate Cheeseburger and there is so much grease in the wrapping it is hard to pick up the burger. Along with that, the fries we were given were cold.

Customer service was poor and I was met with an unsafe situation that prompted me to leave immediately. On 05/21/2022 at between 12:45PM and 1:30PM, I accepted a DoorDash delivery request for a customer who had ordered from the Jack In The Box, located at 1212 164th St SW, Lynnwood, WA 98087. I parked in a parking spot on the west side of the restaurant and walked to the door on the west side. Up to this point, there was no indication that the lobby was closed to all customers to include delivery drivers. I was able to enter the lobby and observed an adult male and a couple of children seated at a booth. Again, I observed the lobby to be open due to my aforementioned observations. I walked up to the counter and a female employee yelled something to the effect of, “the lobby is closed and you need to use the drive thru, it is the store policy”. I advised her that I am picking up a DoorDash order, and she repeated her earlier comment before quickly walking towards the food preparation area, out of sight. I patiently began to wait for her to return as I wanted to point out that there was no signage indicating that the lobby was closed and that the drive thru should be used. I never got the chance to discuss this with her as the aforementioned adult male had at some point got out of his seating area and walked towards me while making eye contact and with his chin slightly lowered. He said something to the effect of, “you better listen to what she says”. I decided to leave as I had felt that I was placed in an unsafe situation.I returned later to take photos of the exterior doors for documentation purposes. There was a door on the north side of the restaurant that does have a sign indicating that the lobby is closed and that all transactions should be made through the drive thru. The door on the west side, the one I had used, has a sign with similar styling, but written in a different language. Despite this, I believe I was treated inappropriately and unfairly.Again, my path of travel into the Jack In The Box had no signage indicating to me that the lobby was closed and that the drive thru needed to be used. The lobby door was unlocked and I was able to make entry; there was the adult male with the children in a booth indicating to me that the lobby was open; and I was approached by the adult male in a way that made me feel unsafe to be there.

WORST pickup experience of my life. I placed a mobile pickup order around 2:45AM on 5/25/22 and made sure to hit the prepare now button on my way to the location. I prefer ordering online, simply for the convenience of having food ready by the time I get there. And up until today have had no prior issues with it. When I arrived, there was no one else waiting in the drive-thru. I pulled up and presented the name for my order. Then, there was a brief moment of silence. The person returned and I was told that they were unable to locate both the name and order in their system. Um, what??? I had already been charged for the order. Confirmation email, everything. The money was taken from my account. I explained the situation over the speaker box and they asked me to pull up to the window. There I proceeded to show them the order receipt and details on my phone. All of which showed my Order ID, the contents of the order, the correct store address, and proof that it had already been paid for. They took my phone and began scrolling through their monitors, looking back at my phone, scrolling again, discussing over it with each other for a longg time before handing it back to me. Only to tell me that they had gotten my order, and that I should pull back around the store as there were new cars approaching. Feeling slightly relieved, I looped back around the drive-thru again and began waiting. I pulled up to the window once more, and suddenly now they’re telling me that they never received my order??? why tell me you even had it in the first place?? I start getting very obviously frustrated, and the lady starts slowly picking up an attitude. What was meant to be a quick visit, turned into an absolute NIGHTMARE.I repeated the name and details of my order again, that in this moment, had already been placed and PAID for, over 30 minutes ago now. The lady then begins practically arguing with me over this order. I asked if they were able to atleast look up the Order ID from my receipt, and she stated that she absolutely could not. Again… what??? I’ve worked in several different fast food & restaurant establishments before, and all of the systems that they make you use allows you the option to be able to lookup a customer name, ID, or literally anything that could help you identify their order, as to resolve circumstances like this. Either she was refusing to cooperate with me any further, or their system was truly, severely disorganized. The initial excuse seemed unlikely. She then tells me to park on the side of the building I’m guessing to search for my order again. Severely irritated, I agree. I park and begin waiting…. waiting… and waiting. Later, I noticed that there were no longer cars in the drive-thru and the employees seemed to be walking around inside. At this point, I had already wasted 50 minutes of my time and was growing increasingly hungry. I was tired, and just wanted my food. I pull back into the drive-thru for the THIRD time now after placing my mobile order one last time. I reach the box. She tells me to pull forward. And as I sat there at the window, I watched as my order seamlessly popped up onto the monitor, and prints out right infront of my eyes, no issues. Which leads me to believe my initial order had actually gone through the 1st time around, and that I had paid again for no reason. What could’ve happened earlier during that time for things to have been handled SO poorly? It’s now 3:45AM. It took 1 hour, 3 TIMES in the drive-thru, and me paying for my whole order TWICE, for them to finally give me my food. This isn’t the first time I’ve been to this location. And granted, when a restaurant forgets my order or messes up my food somehow I’m normally pretty chill and understanding about it. However, this visit was beyond anything I had ever experienced. I’m extremely disappointed, fed up, and completely put off from ever wanting to return.I was not expecting to have to contact somebody for a refund tonight. This was an absolute, horrible horrible experience.

The food is good, and they were fast. I didn't time how long it took, but it felt like a few minutes, and there was one car in front of me. My wife enjoys the food. I, unfortunately, have less of a desire to eat at these restaurants due to working for one over a year ago.

The food was good, but the girl working was fantastic. Great customer service and she connected with my wife and that made it a funny and very enjoyable visit.

Very bad service. The first time I went to this Jack my food was cold and tacos were still a bit frozen. I came back a second time hoping they would do a better job but no, they gave me my chicken nuggets cold and the cashier had an attitude when I told her about my nuggets:( anyways I don’t like to really complain but this Jack needs to do a better job with their employees and the place seemed very dirty too. Never coming back to this Jack.

Rude to my delivery driver, didnt offer replacements for the stuff they didn't have on my order. Food was clearly rushed and my burger was overstuffed with lettuce as filler. Really not cool. Definitely never ordering from here again ? ?

It's hit and miss with Jack anymore. They had a great bacon breakfast sandwich but it was limited time and that time was over. The chicken was a lot better than last time.

Good service received all the food hot would go back

I'm never going to jacks again it's gotten too expensive! Nearly $30 for two SMALL combo meals is just ridiculous..
