I was so upset! The French fries were cold the burgers were cold. They smelled funny. This is not the Jack in the Box I am used to. I spent almost $40 bucks on 2 burgers 2 fries and a kids meal to end up throwing it in the trash!
Fair service but after 12am they stop swerved milkshakes and other “more difficult” items says the blue haired gal.
Fast, correct, friendly. For Jack in the Box.... a VERY good experience. Have been here 3 times since moving to the neighborhood. Glad to know I can p/U lunch and not be late!

Drive up server was a little slow on the uptake but the order was correct, fresh, and hot in the end.
I've only ordered doordash or picked up doordash orders from here so I have zero experience with their lobby but from the drive thru it's usually a decent wait but at least everything is fresh
They said they open 24 hours there not always open 6:30 every time im at drive thru waiting 10 minutes

Drive thru did not repeat my order back, nor tell me the total before I came to the window.Displayed price on #12 Chicken Cluck combo is different from what I paid on the receipt, not including upcharges.
Fast service and my big thing, correct orders . A really good jack in the box compared to others.
