I've been a customer for quite some time. Today I ordered two meals for dinner for me and my wife via Uber eats, however only meal showed up. I wasn't mad because these things happen sometimes. From my experience a restaurant would prepare another meal and send it over so I called the restaurant hoping to come to a resolution. The lady I spoke with started arguing and said that she sent me 2 meals in one bag. I told her I had a picture from the Uber driver showing the bag with only 1 meal. She fought it tooth and nail claiming she sent me 2 meals and that I should contact Uber. She could care less if we went hungry even though we paid her.

I loved this place for so many years, and no matter where I lived I always coming back to Lynwood ichy teriyaki. But this time it’s looks and tastes horrible. Before it was grilled meat just enough of sauce, and now it seems like meet just boiled in the water, and almost no sauce.

Have been going here since 2014 and today will be my last visit here. Spent over $40 and couldn’t even eat the food it was WAY to dry and tasted terrible. Waste of money, very frustrating.

Ichi Teriyaki has the best teriyaki where I live. The price to quantity ratio is great as well. I haven't explored much beying beef and chicken teriyaki and their California rolls, but the chicken/beef teriyaki combo is my go-to and it's great.

We came here last Saturday early around 4 everything was amazing! Good portion size good flavor everything was spot on. The chicken portion was generous and fresh. We decided to go back on Tuesday 3/29 as we were excited to finally find a new teriyaki spot. We got the same thing and it was really salty tonight. My boyfriend didn’t think so but it was far too salty for me to even eat. As a cook I always taste my sauces etc before so I’m not sure what happened. The online ordering also was not working. There was less chicken than on a Saturday ( I assumed Saturday would be more busy) and the chicken was super dry burnt and chewy tonight. ? based on these other reviews recently it seems like a change is needed. Sounds like the cook isn’t being very consistent (could be personal reasons etc) but this will kill the business.

This place is so slow to prepare orders. Why can I go to another teriyaki shop and have my order ready in 10 minutes, but this place takes 20-30 minutes consistently. Most teriyaki joints serve the same general dishes and so that’s not the problem. Either your employees don’t know how to hustle, or you as a manager/owner need to hire more people. I deliver for UberEats and DoorDash and avoid this place like the plague because they always have excuses about why the order isn’t ready yet. Also, I’ve personally eaten here and the food isn’t even good, the teriyaki sauce is way too sweet. I’ll continue going to several other teriyaki restaurants with better food and service on top of that. They have a sign in the door that masks are required, but the girl at the counter wasn’t wearing one. If masks aren’t required, don’t have a sign saying otherwise.

This is their version of Chicken Katsu enough said. First time here last time here. I've had BBQ with less sauce on it. That chicken didn't have to die for this.

My absolute favorite teriyaki place! I don't even live in the area anymore, but stop here every chance I get. Love their chicken teriyaki and egg rolls. Yum!

Delicious food. This place is always busy. Not doing 5 stars because prices have gone up like 40-50% in the last few months.

Prices went up, food quality went downthis place had a great reputation for years, i have been coming here since 2004 but this is my last visit therepaid 15 bucks for mostly rice and tasteless beef.rice used to be on the other side and had more beef. Beef had flavorlooks like new owners do not understand why this place had such a good reputation, i cant see this business lasting much longer with this kind of quality of food and ridiculous prices
