I order spicy roll but it tastes normal but little spicy. Nothing special. During day time, one waitress does all the work so you have to wait and be patience. I would say normal and nothing special
Best sushi I’ve had locally in awhile. The hamachi, sweet shrimp and Orion nigiri were fantastic. Never had a warm piece of nigiri highly recommend the Orion. The Bonzai roll was also fantastic
Average sushi experience (takeout). Not a bad experience at all, but nothing stood out. Lots of interesting choices but the sushi rolls were pretty small for the price range. Taste is good, value is less good. This rating doesn't include service obviously.Phoenix rising - Tempura shrimp with some imitation crab meat on the inside and seared salmon on the out. Standard roll.Mango tango - Scallop on the inside, salmon and mango on the outside. First few are great, but it got old fast. The mango with pineapple sauce is an interesting combo that speaks to your taste buds initially, but then it got stale and pushed further away from sushi.Double crunch roll - Shrimp tempura, spicy salmon, and imitation crab meat on the inside. Deep fried outside was a perfect crispy but tasted mostly the shrimp tempura and none of the salmon.Crispy fire cracker - Fried sushi rice topped with spicy salmon. Rice is too fried, it was pretty hard and not necessarily crispy.
This place was wonderful! We love sushi, and we were so impressed by this place the first night we were in the area that we came back again on our trip. Thank you so much for the wonderful food and experience!
Consistent Schedule? What’s that?I can tell you now, this company has absolutely no care for the customer. They operate and serve at their own convenience.Whether it be through online orders or in person.Today alone, I waited for 30mins past opening and still did not see a single face in the restaurant. Signs are on. Some lights are on. Nobody is home.Lack of Care and Professionalism lead to lack of good reviews.
Found on accident now my wife and I go there all the time. We ate there one time and the sushi chef or maybe the owner didn't say bye to us so he ran to the door and came out to make sure he said bye. Nothing but good vibes and good attitudes come from that place. Great food. Reasonable prices. Would recommend to anyone.
The food is pretty great quality, and the service was incredibly fast! A smidge more expensive than some places, and I feel like that may be because of the ambience, which is fine, and out menu was from a QR code, we were never offered a menu, and the bathrooms were lacking, but overall would definitely come again!
When I walked in, the sushi bar was completely open but I was rudely told to sit in the very last seat, away from the chef, staring at an empty display case, and a box of cling wrap. There was a tv, but it was off. Ordered the Chirashi bowl ($28) and the cuts were uneven, the salmon still had the skin membrane on it, and the tuna was mushy. He forgot the wasabi so I had to ask for some. When he handed the bowl over the counter, he made no eye contact, no words, just a “here, take your food” kind of vibe. He barked orders at his staff the whole time. I felt like I was watching an angry dad trying to get all his children to do chores. I bit into a slice of carrot and spit it out - tasted like it was sitting on old fish - horrible. Thought about just swallowing it but didn’t want to get sick later. The young waiter was nice, but everything else about this place was bad. I’ll never order from or return here to eat. Soooo many better options locally.
Edo sushi is a wonderful restaurant to get delicious and unique Japanese cuisine. We enjoyed the Sunrise roll and yakisoba, which were both very nice. The spicy time roll had some kick!
Delicious. Fresh. Great service. Great value! Clean! Friendly.
