Apparently they close EARLY and on a Friday.... I spent 20 mins on the phone trying to order only to be told I had to go into the store to order. So I drove there and the guy tells me they are not making anymore pizzas.....with Gas prices being over $5, that's a slap in the face. Also, saw their delivery driver returning from a delivery as I was leaving. What's that say?
The worst bomino's I've ever had to deal with, the service was bad, delivered to the wrong address. The driver was told it was the wrong address by the lovely old couple that lived there and still left it there. If it wasn't for the old couple that called me I would have been out a meal for my family. I get times are hard and we're all human but lord above I wasn't going to let them make the order again or demand some compensation, I just wanted to ensure this didn't happen again. But now I'm done with domino's for the service.

Called at 8:47 pm on January 28th and was trying to order a pizza for delivery. In the middle of my giving my order to the gentleman on the phone he notified me that the store had closed. I was confused as the Google maps hours showed that they did not close until 1 am. I asked if they were closed for carry out or delivery and he said both. You guys need to update your hours if you are closing before 9:00 pm on a Friday. Don't waste your time calling them. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Pizza is okay. Wait on Friday night is typically 30 to 45 minutes once you're online orders placed through the app.
terrible customer service, centralized dispatch service, online ordering & delivery service... had a problem ordering online. I called. was taken to their centralized dispatcher who took my order over the phone. they confirmed the online ordering system malfunction & said they needed to transfer me to the store direct line for payment processing... 50 mins on hold, no one answered (also no way to return to dispatcher using key pad). Ordered online at 5:57pm, was notified that driver left store at 6:20pm. Was notified that pizza's got delivered at 6:30pm.NEVER GOT DELIVERED!6 phone calls to store, a total of 46 minutes on hold and no anwser. Called to reorder and voiced complaint, was told they would call store and get back to me in 30 to 60 minutes.Have given this store multiple orders in the last year, they know where our house is.Wife drove to the store and talked to them,employee said phones don't work and have been unplugged.
With past experiences, with incorrect toppings on pizzas on two separate occasions and dealing with an unprofessional staff members by phone knowing that person wanted to Argue with an customer over the phone is so unpleasant.
I got a coupon for 2 large 2 topping pizzas online, filled it out and the website would only register for 2 mediums. We called and the guy that answered said he didn't know how to fix it and didn't know who we could contact. I'm super mad about this. This is false advertising. And I donated and everything. This needs to be fixed. $60 for this order is ridiculous!Update: I contacted the store and they agreed to give me a large pizza and another soda for the inconvenience...but I waited up til 11 pm and they never showed up ?
