We ordered a pizza online tonight and it was not delivered even after 1.5 hours. When I called them they cannot even confirm if the order has gone out. I ended up canceling the orderVery irresponsible and I will never order anything from this place.
Difficulties finding place, ordered pizza on phone with Main number they sent me here, when arrived was told they closing and never received order so had to re call, re order, drive to other location, so disappointed with lack of organization& simple knowledge of when & where their stores are open for service. No one apologized for inconvenience let alone even tried to make it better for THEIR screw up!
Called in for delivery on a Saturday night at 11:16pm and was advised by a very young, condescending male that they had closed at 10pm…. I had to ask him to clarify because I honestly was besides myself…. A pizza place that listed being open until 1am is actually closed at 10pm…. He gave me no reason like short staffed, ran out of pizza, needing to evacuate because their building on fire, I would have even taken the oh so saturated “early release because of Covid” excuse… all this person had to say was “exactly”, in the most ugly tone that would have initiated a feeling of wanting to break things in just about anyone.Do better, Dominos. And if you don’t like working late on the weekends, don’t work at an establishment open that late. Plain and simple.
Been ordering consistently for months now & wanted to say tysm for the occasional extra Choc lava cake :D
Good place. I don't have any complaints or had any issues here. My family orders from here maybe twice a month.
Very disappointed with this dominos. This is the closest one to my house (1.8 miles away) I tried to place an order online tonight (1/28) and it would not let me continue with my address for delivery so I decided to call the store. I gave them my address for delivery and they said it was outside of the delivery range. I was not aware that less than 2 miles away was "out of delivery range" for them. I will not be calling this dominos again. If you can't deliver a pizza that is 7 minutes away then don't advertise that you do delivery.
Pizzas are very good. The service has been excellent. When we ordered a pizza and they found out that they were out of an ingredient, they comp'ed us a free pizza to make up for it
Worst experience ever. I redeemed a free pizza after all the orders I have put with them and they never delivered it. They only offered me to do it again and wait another hour and a half or REFUND the order on a FREE pizza that I just redeemed. This place is the worst Domino’s I have ever ordered from. The customer service the worst you can expect.
I have called two times now! the first time I sat on hold for 8 minutes and the second time was 5 minutes and nobody bothered to answer the phone. it says it's business is open but nobody is answering the phone and of course their website isn't accepting online orders right now
How is it that that I am out of delivery radius. When you have delivered to me before and I live 1.1 miles away from this location? This has happened to me twice. At first I thought it was fluke. Then the second time it happened I was dumb founded. Did your delivery radius change to 2 blocks. I use to like getting pizza from you guys, cause of how close you are to my apartment.I’ve had more problems trying to place before this happened. I’ve called before and either no one answered or I was told you weren’t talking any more orders. This happened within a half an hour of closing. I would have called earlier if I wasn’t still at work. I lost track how many times this has happened.This makes super angry since you did use to deliver to my apartment. I don’t know what’s changed but definitely not wasting my time or money with Domino’s again
