Very poor service,Salad was not freshAdd ons to salad had mold on it.We got up and left and waitress and manager demanded we pay for our meal we never got.Will never go to this place again
Good atmosphere-plenty of light and did not smell like old wet carpet.I've dined in these types of establishments over the years and I am sad to say that some of them have been dark and dingey and less inviting. I gave it 4 stars because as usual the customer service was lacking. Stevie was my server at the counter and I thought he did a fine job but the female manager and the bald younger man could have been a little more accommodating. Wpuld it kill ya to top off my coffee?? Why is it that the customer should always have to appear cheery and approach the staff with an initial greeting before staff will wake up & put their bad day aside and actually, heaven forbid do the jobs they voluntarily applied for and get paid to do?!I know I know- good help is really hard to find and keep and being a server can be a thankless job but enough is enough already.
There was only 1 waitress tonight 4/30/22 11pm running back and forth trying to take orders, which she does without writing your order down.(very good memory) she was working the cash register and trying to get orders to the table. I don't know her name but you did an amazing job with my wife & I . Hope you appreciate the tip there isn't a lot of people that will work as hard as you did. Again I didn't get your name, hopefully a manger will see this and thank you for satisfying the expectation of their customers.
Double stacked bacon avocado burger? With fries? Amazing. 4 stars cause they put Swiss cheese when I asked for cheddar. Still good ?
I haven't eaten at Dennys for years but stopped today with a friend.Our food was not good. The muffin in my eggs benedict was old and my friend's hashbrowns were dry. Her toast wasn't good either. Old and only a smal line of butter on the edge of the toast.As we were eating we also noticed the people next to us talked to the manager and had their food redone.
I used to enjoy Denny's for a quick breakfast but the last few times the eggs have been overcooked. Dry and tasteless. This was my last stop.
We go to this Dennys quite alot and have always had a decent experience however this time was probbable the best despite there only being 1 PERSON TO RUN THE WHOLE RESTAURANT! Gelan greeted us, served us our coffee and cooked our food as the cook was not into work yet. We've always seen her at this location and came to learn she's worked there for 25 years!When another coworker showed up he was happy to be turning people away as there was no official cook (somewhat understandable) but Gelan was Eagar to keep letting people in so she could take care of them. The food she cooked was honestly the best we've had for a while. Gelan deserves not only a massive raise but should probably be running this location as she's one of the few reasons it's still around. Support your local Dennys and go see Gelan!
I got charged for a birthday gland slam! Only reason I went in there was for the free meal. Last time I'll be going here* The manager gave me a small discount..
Had the prime rib Benedict. The potatoes were burnt. The hollandaise sauce was used to cover most of it which also didn't taste good. Very salty. Prime rib was diced and not served like in the pics. Service was pretty fast although it lacked a warm welcome.
As a girl who grew up in the midwest, Denny’s gives me the best comfort food- it gives me a piece of home. My boyfriend and I come this Denny’s specifically all of the time and I’m honestly blown away by it. We typically come by in evenings and we’ve had the same server each time, I’m not sure of his name, but he is wonderful and a hard worker! Not only is the service welcoming, quick, and wonderful, but the food is excellent! I don’t know who they have in the kitchen but they really make fantastic dishes. I’ve been to quite few Denny’s and diners and this one in particular really stands out to me!
