I don't like that I went in 1 hour before closing and couldn't order half the menu because the grill was closed. I don't like that I still had to wait for the people in front of me to get their orders because there's no way out of the drive through once you're in it. I don't like that it took them over 15 minutes to help the 3 customers in front of them just so I can LEAVE THE DRIVE THOUGH.
Do you know the rules of DQ? Blizzards are supposed to be served upside down. The kid in the drive thru flipped it quickly and back then handed to us. But did not do it with second one. And we were told, you only get 1 flip. He was not very friendly. Both our blizzards were almost only soft serve, no toppings. And my oreo blizzard was ruined when I found a banana gummy worm in it. Yuk! Not a pleasant experience.
Don't trust the hours on Google! Went through the drive thru at 1015 (late but within the posted hours). Got no response from the thing but then when I drove through the two workers were eating and talking by the window.
I had a bad experience at this place. The food I ordered was cold. When I brought it to the managers attention, she said “I am not giving you a replacement item”. I will never go to a Dairy Queen again.
Absolutely garbage. They shorted us a burger in drive up then tried to argue. Brought the missing burger made completely incorrectly..don't waste your money
It would be amazing if they actually stayed open until the hours listed. According to Google they are open until 11 PM tonight and we drove by at 9:40 PM and they’re already closed with crates in the drive-through.Update a few days later - seems to be a fairly consistent thing, tried again Sunday night around 8:45-9pm and found it closed again. Website says 9:30.
Came on a thursday night half hour before close. I was desperate for a chocolate sundae. I was so grateful they were open and the line went fast and the young woman was very kind at the window. I also saw they served onion rings and got them and they were hot and DELICIOUS. I loved the experience and will be back! Thank you!
Typically DQ food so you know what you get. Staff can be good or even great and can be bad at times. Location is good.
Great food, great price, friendly staff and I never have a long wait
Food is good but the service is awful. There’s not a single time I went through the drive through without having to park, and I can say the same for most other people.
