Not one car got their order in the drive thru. They all had to pull over and wait for their orders. It was ridiculous. We ran out of waiting spots! I'm done with Dairy Queen. All of them!
Food is nice and hot, but the inside service is ridiculously slow EVERY TIME I go here. They prioritize the drive thru customers first.
The last 6 times we've order blizzards only the first inch has tops and the rest is just plain ice cream. When you spend 4-8$ea on ice cream you should get the full thing. I would say stay away. Just buy ice cream at the store for The same price but you get a half gallon.
They quickly took our order and gave it too us. The line went very quick. But we got blizzards and the blizzards where kinda melted and I expected them to be more rhick not so watery.
This location really needs to figure out how they can more efficiently finish Uber Eats delivery orders. It is always a mess when I try to pick up an order here, that is if I even bother. I know they can do better because every other DQ location is friendly and timely getting out their orders for UE customers. It gets into our (drivers) time that we are being paid for. When the restaurant takes a long time, we are getting ripped off from the time/payout we accepted as a trip. I understand ice cream should be make right as it's picked up, but that should be the only thing.
People working here need to really check their attitude. I understand working food industry is stressful, but the company needs to give everyone at DQ a refresher on how to talk to customers.
Such a bad attitude of people working down there they just can not sell food if you don't have a car what about if i just like to walk around with toddlers and decided to get some fries last minute. This people treat like if the money worth less , and since my kid wanted the fries we back in the car but people were still rude attitude attending Maybe one client doesn't mean nothing to you but definitely you loose one
Our go to in the area! Had a mix up and Manger Daisy was amazing at making sure we were taken care of!
Terrible! Stopped by to purchase an ice cream cake. The sticker price on the cake was $33.99. When I went to purchase it, they charged me $34.99. When I asked why he charged me a $1 more, he replied bcuz the prices went up…?It’s clearly not about the $1… if a business is going to price things and then charge whatever they want when you purchase it they can keep it. Went to stone cold instead. It may be more expensive but at least they are honest
They asked me to come in for an interview, told me I was hired and then never contacted me ever again. Eh, the food was terrible anyways.
