Is the AC broken?! Chuck E Cheese used to be a kid fave in our family. This place has gone downhill over the years. The food more than anything else. Many of the games ripped off children when they attempted to Swipe their little debit cards to play. They were charged for more swipes than actual play. And as for the tickets, they are not calculated accurately and added to the game cards as they should be. In all, we will be going elsewhere for family fun in the future. There are many more options to take our children for fun that cost $100!!

First time in about 6 years and it was great. I love the play pass card. It is much cleaner and easier to keep track of tokens and tickets. Everyone was super nice and all the kids had a blast. It was clean and the pizza was delicious. The salad bar looked pretty good and was nice and clean not messy. I was really happy to see they had diet soda. I remember 6 years ago when I last went they did not have anything diet so that was another good change. We will definitely be back soon. The kids are already asking to go back.

This was the worst time ever at a kids birthday party. Several of the games did not work. They started clearing the table 30 min before the party had ended. They even paid extra for Chuck E. To sing Happy birthday to my neice and he didn't even know we're she was sitting. It was right behind him. How extremely rude is that. This was for a nieces party and we had already booked our daughters. As soon as we got home we cancelled her party. Losing our deposit was worth not having the party there. Booked the party somewhere else.

First time here at the Lynwood place a the food was nasty I order the large pizza and app sampler got my pizza first and 30 min later my sampler. Got my samplers paid almost $20 and only got 2 descend boneless and the other cramps. While my daughter was eating a slice of pizza she got a hair! That’s a rip off. Lacy workers to you asked them questions about game and they just look at you like they don’t understand you…

I brought my grandson's and a friend in for lunch and play time. The system here had changed. Instead of tokens, you buy "minutes" to play. Which is tough for kids who don't entirely focus or understand that the clock is ticking. It take more adult supervision which makes it hard for one adult and several kids. You can only pause your minutes once, so if you have to go to the bathroom or wait for a game...tick tock. The food was good. Pizza, salad are good. Of course one of the kids spilled his drink all over himself and others. Table and bench. I had to ask for help and the girl brought me one paper towel. She did not want to clean it up. I explained we probably need a wet rag to sop up the sticky soda and she walked off and left us with the mess. She never came back. After I saw she was elsewhere, I moved all of our food to another table. Two young men cleaned it up for the next patron once I pointed out the mess. They were helpful, and more responsible, but there were no adult workers on hand for any supervision of the restaurant staff, for customer service or problem solving.

I haven’t even gone here yet, but I’m super excited to come for my birthday in 2 months! I love how great the animatronics look, it will be my first time seeing a 3 stage! Every experience I have at CEC is amazing, so I’m extremely excited to come here!!

The place was a bit too small as compared to other Kid's places (Family Fun Center) i had been to in the past. But my son had a blast so I guess it was ok.

Clean and felt safe with the precautions.

Very over priced for the amount of fun we had.. website does not accurately list prices and staff are very rude and inattentive. Chuck was a cool mouse though... we liked him.

I am extra thankful for the staff today. They went out of their way for my friend, and made our whole year. We always have a good time, and get treated with kindness. Thank you so much! We will be back for sure!
