"We can't do a quesadilla unless you order through the app" uh what? Pretty ridiculous after waiting in line for 15 minutes. Just charge be for a burrito if you have to and cook up the quesadilla. Management if this one is your doing then it's a joke. If it's just staff not knowing how to handle requests (especially ones that are just items you already serve!) then you should teach them. Either way, management must be pretty silly for this to be the case. Fix ASAP, Chipotle.
They got mad at me for ordering a quesidlla at the counter instead of online... Uh, what is that all about? ? If I'd read the reviews before ordering I would have chosen another option in the food court. One customer's 1 star rating had an uploaded a picture with flies in their food. A few 5 star ratings are literally from people who say they didn't even get food.
The food is good, that's about it though. Customer service is very lacking, for a fast food restaurant be prepare to wait a minimum of 20 minutes. There are 3 people on the counter and 4 in the back however, only one of them starts orders and they are more concerned with online orders than they are with the people who are right in front of them. No greeting, no "I'll be with you in a second", no they straight up ignore you while preparing online orders that were ordered 30 seconds ago. 2 people on the front counter standing around doing nothing while the 3rd prepares orders meanwhile they have a line of customers out the door. If I could give it less stars I would because of how terrible the customer service is.
Every time I place a mobile order, they are closed to the rest of the public. Not a big deal, but today I walked up and had placed my order at 2:51 and it wasn’t ready even at 3:30. And they forgot my sour cream.
Fantastic mission style burritos, very healthy, too. Guacamole is omg-expensive, though...$2.55 for a little glob vs. $1 for a whole friggin' avocado! (And guac is just avocado, salt, a dash of lime juice, and a bit of finely chopped onion. Still, for fast food, you can't beat Chipotle!
i’ve been to this chipotle a handful of times, and never had a particularly good or bad experience. however today my grandma who is visiting from Asia told me that as she was ordering, she asked the guy preparing her food to repeat what he said because she couldn’t understand him. after doing so, the guy and another girl working there both laughed at her. she proceeded to tell them not to laugh at her, to which they stopped. but the fact that they were doing so in the first place over something as minor as repeating a simple question is very disheartening. even if laughing isn’t as blatant as other forms of disrespect, it certainly doesn’t make someone feel good, especially if they are a foreigner whose first language isn’t English! conversely, i had a friend who worked here a few months ago but ended up quitting, and now i can understand why.
Just walked by in mall food court, looked nice and tempting but had other arrangements for eating that day
It’s 4:45pm on a Wednesday and they are closed. Well kinda, people are there and they are making food but for online orders only. I was refused service and ate something else. As I am writing this now they are magically open! My last 10 or so Experience’s with numerous locations and have gone from not good to bad, very bad. But hey now that you have chosen not to give a long time patron service, I don’t have to give you my business!!!!!!!
Quick, Huge portions, everything was seasoned awesomely. Couldn't finish my bowl but it was yummy
Kind staff and clean service area! I didn't love the food that I got, there was nothing wrong with it at all, it just wasn't for me. I definitely recommend coming here and dining at the food court. This restaurant is usually busy but Mondays are a good day to come by because there is less people traffic. They also provide online ordering which is awesome!
