whoever manages this store is ridiculous. especially the guy with the pink hair.i ordered online, waited by the mobile pick up for 10 minutes. i asked the front girl wheres my order? they made me stand back in line of 12 ppl and said to place my order there. my order was already paid for and i didnt have time to stand in line which is why i ordered in advanced.i couldnt get a refund at the counter and they told me to resolve it online. online i couldnt get a refund so i had to stand back in line.josh, the manager needs to figure out how to manage this chain.

The food is good, that's about it though. Customer service is very lacking, for a fast food restaurant be prepare to wait a minimum of 20 minutes. There are 3 people on the counter and 4 in the back however, only one of them starts orders and they are more concerned with online orders than they are with the people who are right in front of them. No greeting, no "I'll be with you in a second", no they straight up ignore you while preparing online orders that were ordered 30 seconds ago. 2 people on the front counter standing around doing nothing while the 3rd prepares orders meanwhile they have a line of customers out the door. If I could give it less stars I would because of how terrible the customer service is.

Out of surup for the pop machine and no interest in fixing it.Said they were out of change but when they opened the cash drawer, change was spilling out of the till. When I pointed this out they still would not part with any coins.The task of ringing me up was passed to three different people and the last two just had to collect the cash which the last lady could not see was already on the counter.Bad, bad, bad service.

Waited 40min for a single quesadilla mobile order.3:20 pm - put the order3:30 pm - app said the order is done3:40 pm - i arrived and the staff told me "hahaha i guess i forgot your order"4:00 pm - they finally made itUpdate: I just opened it and it's half portion than it should be. Speechless.

Forgotten to include my drink for the delivery driver 3 times in a row. I can't switch my restaurant location because it's automatically chosen. Guess I'll never order chipotle for delivery again. Super dumb. Also, the delivery driver is NOT allowed to look in the bag to make sure the order is complete. Very convenient for lazy workers who don't care.

I wanted to try the new Pollo Asado in my bowl, but it was burnt to a crisp and couldn't taste anything. Everything else was delicious!!

This is by the far the worst Chipotle I have visited and I will never go there again. I have been to Chipotle across multiple states and many in Seattle area, but this one is an outlier for sure. Where to begin?? 1) You go in and first thing you notice are the dirty table tops, napkins on the floor, filled trash cans, 2) You get to the counter to order your food and your excited, but then you are faced with dirty food serving area, the counter is dirty, food spilled all over (see picture), the food in the hot pans is mixed up, I saw fajitas spilled over the steak and pinto beans mixed with black beans, servers are wrapping burritos on a dirty counter. 3) if the visible area is negated as such, what do you expect the bathroom to be, you guess. I did not see anybody going around cleaning tables, we had to clean our own table. Such a low standard from Chipotle. Where is the manager, Clark Dilullo? Why is he not he doing his job? Chipotle should fire him without hesitation. By the way, this was my second visit, I thought the second visit will be different than the first, but it was just as bad.

They don't care at all about online orders, happily making you wait 30 min+ even when you ask about your order. Messiest Chipotle I've seen, and I used to go to the Ave location ?

This place is terrible. It’s as if the people they hire and make my food have never in a put together a meal in their entire lives. Great, my four bites of chicken and half gallon of sour cream are delicious.

Ethical vegans beware; cross contamination is guaranteed and ordering the "vegan lifestyle bowl" does not mean it will be vegan. 1 of the 8 times I've ordered from this place over the past few years has been actually vegan (therefore inedible to me), all the rest has had a chunk of meat mixed into the sofritas or sour cream on top the lettuce then "removed" with sour cream coated lettuce left over.Why I've bothered with so many orders at all is quite frankly due to misplaced hope for a cheap and reasonably decent fast vegan food option that is near me. I have learned my lesson and simply cannot recommend this place.Unfortunately most of these well meaning omnivore restaurants are not aware that veganism by definition is an ethical choice and not a dietary fad. Even with my vegan husband dutifully watching them build our orders it did not prevent the cross contamination of their animal products in with the sofritas. So if you are an ethical vegan I suggest sticking to your trustworthy sources and not bothering with this place.
