While staying at the hotel, I ate at Cascade several times. Everything was amazing! I ate the salmon tacos more than once. The sandwiches and burgers were delicious. The portions were always large. This was quality food not hotel bar food.
Nice Lil bar inside the embassy suites. Clean & roomy, good food choices with about 5-6 choices of good beers.
Best server’s in the house goes out to the 2 young gentleman’s working tonight. I think their names wereMatt and Nick. They made sure I was taken care of and happy. While working well together to take care of the other guests.
The waitstaff was very attentive, there were many food options, and the food was also very delicious!

Traveling thru and randomly stopped by as it seemed it was the only restaurant open on a Monday in this town. By the time we left we had made friends with the tables around us and the waitress. Food was good, even the was salad was delicious. A good salad with spinach can be hard to come by in rural towns but they had what I desired.

While staying at the Embassy Suites during a heat wave we had dinners at the restaurant. The menu was limited and the food was tasty. I would have liked more vegetable offerings (only potatoes were offered). Side salads were not available. The staff were pleasant, attentive and friendly.
This restaurant surprised us. Since it was located in our hotel, we didn't expect much. We were wrong! The salmon was excellent and the portions were large. Definitely a place to try!
