I have come here several times and usually don’t have the best service but the food is good for the price so I come in. But today I went in and the lady helping me with putting meat in my salad put 5 pieces of meat into it. Then when I asked her to add some as that is way below the usual portion I get there. She had another lady come over I think her name was Stephanie and she went and got a scale and started measuring the meat didn’t say a word to me then proceeded to pick off the meat off my plate that was already mixed in with the rest of my salad bowl ingredients and put it into the main meat bins for future guests with my beans and other food mixed on it. This was really gross and unsanitary for others that would be ordering chicken and steak that day. The lady behind me in line looked shocked like I was. There could be people that have allergies and food intolerances that come in later that day that wouldn’t know that even happened and unwillingly eating that. Not ok they need to work on their level of customer service there and wear name tags so they can be reported when they do inappropriate things like this. Management needs to figure out how to hold these employees accountable and ensure they have sanitary food conditions and appropriate food handling in place.
Their tortillas no good.The gal at the cash register tried to fake she forgot was taco tuesday...she almist made me pay 15 dlls for a taco.I think the owner is Asian. So maybe if it was a mexucan running the place would be better.
My daughter called me, very upset after eating here. She ordered soup and wanted to put a couple drops of hot sauce in it. The bottle of the table did not have a dripper so the sauce just poured out. She asked if she could get a replacement and they told her she had to buy a whole new meal. Incredibly bad customer service and they have definitely lost a customer forever.
I was so excited to try this place it smells awesome but the food was BAD you can pay less at qudoba and get twice the quality and taste. The bathrooms were NASTY and the emoloyees did nothing about it. Definitely not coming back it was a waste of money.
Placed an order through door dash 4/9/2022.The tacos had no lettuce. The Pinto beans under cooked as well as the tortillas. Chips and queso the chips were stale, greasy, not crisp and crunchy. Worst meal I ever had there.$53 for an inedible meal.
First visit at this chain. It was very good we got chicken nachos and a burrito. Good flavor, fresh food, nice atmosphere.
The food was delsisious and the service was fast and friendly. An array of hot sauces was offered by the silverware, and the cook line staff wonderful.
This place has really good food and service. The workers there are great especially the kids on the night shift. They are always on top of everything. The Barbacoa salad tostada or quesadillas are my favorite and their queso is good too. Plus we get doordash a lot from here and I can't remember an order having an issue
I forking love it here. Their queso is epic, they have super good non soda drinks and just yes. It's often pretty busy but they get through the line fairly fast. It's like a mod pizza, but for Mexican food. We've ordered them to go a few times as well and it stays pretty good for the short trip home. If you do, order through their website rather than Doordash or whatever - you get free points and stuff to make other orders cheaper.
